I visited this salon with the hope of providing high-quality services, namely hair styling with a hairdryer before a very important event, but my experience turned out to be far from pleasant.
First, I signed up for a blow-dry and asked the master to blow-dry my hair. To which the "master" Natalia Novikova said that it would be better to do it with a large curling iron, the effect is the same, but it will hold better + the tips will be slightly twisted. I agreed, because I try to trust the masters. As a result, the hair styling began to acquire incomprehensible outlines, which the "master" tried to lay down somehow, but it turned out very badly - the hair layout was inattentive and unfinished. Then it was suggested to finish twisting on a small curling iron to make it easier to lay. Well, OK, what could I do considering that there was no time left for a complete overhaul. In fact, my wishes from styling my hair straight have moved on to the realization of curls in order to somehow save the situation. But that didn't help either. In my opinion, the "master" has no idea and no experience of styling. When I asked to somehow twist it to an acceptable appearance, the "master" simply sprayed with varnish and completed her work, leaving me with an unfinished styling 20 minutes before going to an important event. And I also allowed myself unflattering statements about the fact that I have a problem with my hair (yes, they are not perfect, but there may be reasons for this, independent of my desire). I am sure that such behavior is unacceptable.
As for the working hours and delays, because of which there is no time left to fix the situation. I'll add a few details. I signed up with my daughter, who needed an evening hairstyle for very long hair. Previously, we specially came to the salon so that the masters would look at the hair and estimate the time it would take so that we could get to our event on time. Since the main master, who knows how to do evening hairstyles, did not have enough time, they decided among themselves that the "master" Natalia Novikova would make curls, and collect the hair already the main master. Natalia was ready to wind up her hair in 1.5 hours. As a result, it took 2.5 hours. And then I was accused that it was my fault that she did 2.5 hours of curls for my daughter. Maybe you need to work faster or not take on the job that you can't do?
I understand that mistakes happen, but in this case I was not only dissatisfied with the result, but also with the attitude of the employee. I am sure that such nedo "masters" have no place in the service sector. And I would like to hear at least words of apology from the salon, but unfortunately, they apparently consider this level of service acceptable.
I visit regularly. The prices are reasonable. Specialists are attentive to clients and their wishes (manicure, pedicure, haircut and waxing). Friendly atmosphere for customers.
A great salon. Good and professional service. The receptionist is polite and friendly, as well as the masters.

I signed up for a manicure, removal and coating of gel polish in one color, also for eyebrow painting, they said the price for a manicure was 46p and wrote to me on a business card, and they wrote off 18p more from the card. I did pedicures several more times with two masters, I liked both of them. The quality of services is decent. Separately, it is worth noting the work of the administrators, they do their job very professionally, they always greet customers politely and kindly.

I have often used the services of hairdressers and a cosmetologist since the opening of the salon on Yesenina Street near the Rublevsky supermarket. Today I signed up for a complex coloring session with the master Victoria Chernyavskaya. This is far from a cheap procedure in this salon. The recording was at 10 a.m.At 10.15 a.m., the master was not at his workplace yet. When the administrator asked at 10.20 where the master was, the administrator replied that she had just arrived. I called the head of the salon and explained the situation, to which she promised to deal with the situation and compensation. I refused coloring, as the mood was completely ruined. I couldn't wait long, as there was an important event ahead. 40 minutes have passed, the director is still "sorting it out." I do not recommend using the services of this salon if there is a need for a high-quality and fast procedure.
