Then about reptiles, of course, there is a disgusting smell from terrariums, they are poorly washed, dirty. The toilet is dirty and stinks, it's just dark. The girl at the bar couldn't split the bill, calculate people, gets confused about orders, talks like she's selling pies at the market. The menu does not look neat, they offer a cocktail menu, it also looks like a low-quality children's craft. I asked HER to pick up the empty plates from the table that had been there for an hour. After making an order, they said the waiting time was 25-30 minutes. After 10 minutes, it turns out that there is not one cocktail and salad - we re-order. As a result, after 45 minutes, udon and salad are brought first. I repeat, a child with us - a milkshake was brought after 40 minutes, and the cutlets from the children's menu were not brought at all, saying after 1 hour that they were not there. We have already started asking the receptionist where the order is... After 1 hour and 20 minutes, the administrator told us that the waffles would be in 25 minutes, and the salmon was over. As a result, 3 people remained hungry... I am a person who, after 2-3 visits, will never leave a bad review, still you need to give everyone a chance to fix it... There are many things that need to be changed in this institution...

We wanted to visit this institution on Sunday. We came, there were free tables, when you sit on the sofa, then on the one hand you just fall down, it would be desirable to fix such a flaw. Okay, we were not offered a regular menu, only an electronic menu, which is not very convenient, but again OK. It took a very long time for the order to be taken, 10 minutes for sure. After we decided on the dishes and named them, it turned out that the shrimp was on the foot. We accepted the order for the rest, then decided to order a Caesar salad instead of pasta with shrimp. The girl accepted the order, but returned a minute later and said that they didn't have chicken either. They wanted to try brownies, they look very interesting and unusual, but unfortunately it didn't turn out either. As a result, we decided to cancel the order completely, and just leave this place. It's a shame that you don't have the most basic ingredients on your day off. I really wanted to visit this place, but alas, nothing good happened because of this. Cheap decoration with restaurant prices. The staff is not focused on visitors. Zero attention. No one even warned that the bar had an electronic menu. We sat and waited for 5 minutes. Until someone comes up. Nobody cares about you. With 1 table occupied in the entire establishment. The idea is good, but the execution is disgusting. Guys, refine the service. Actually, the level of the canteen is still there.

When ordering food and hookah, they give a waiting time of 25-30 minutes, we wait for an hour, the waitress makes the hookah, they argue about who will light it, an hour later they bring it, after they themselves have already asked where it is, it was no word at all. They're redoing it, the same thing. After a certain amount of time, a young man approaches, apparently a hookah master, offers to redo it within 15 minutes, 30 minutes pass, we are about to leave and they take out this hookah, which no one needed anymore, I just wanted to escape from there. The food is 50/50 squid rubber, pistachios are damp, the rest is more or less. By the way, there were a minimum of people in the institution, I do not know and do not understand why this attitude towards the client. There are no animals. There are no charges. There is no service. -10/10 I do not recommend it. To the owner, please change the waiters, or have a conversation and re-order them. 1) the appliances and dirty dishes were on the table for more than 15 minutes. Moreover, I will not say that there were many tables for serving both our waitress and her colleagues. (3 in total for the entire institution). Unpleasant
2) ordered drinks. Everything is beautiful in the photos on the menu, but in fact we got a pinacolade - we got milkshakes. The same thing with the burger :((I attach photos)
3) we ordered waffles (waiting time from 25 minutes according to the waiter) and pizza (time from 30 minutes). The result: waffles in 40 minutes with melted ice cream and then after our interrogation "where is our order".
As for the pizza, they said that due to the delivery, the order will be delayed for another 40 minutes (that is, the waiting time is 2 hours). In general, it's not cool that guests are kept waiting because of couriers.
3) ordered a burger - after 40 minutes, a cold dry burger.
4) at the beginning they said that the account is separate. They brought 4 checks. But the change was brought in one bill for all the guests. Only after the request was changed to smaller ones :(
It seems that the staff of chefs is 1-2 people. Waiters forget about tables and orders : (

Yesterday I went to this institution with a friend. At the entrance, we were greeted by the aroma of bitters from the kitchen, apparently because of this, the door to the restobar was constantly open for ventilation, which made the room cold and drafty.
The table was booked at 19.00, the order was made at 19.20, we ordered a glass of beer, a beer set, pizza and 2 portions of cold rolls. The waiter clarified that the waiting time for the roll is about 1 hour, because we need to cook rice, we replied that we would wait without a breakdown, we still ordered other dishes. The beer was brought within 5 minutes, but the rest after 2.5 hours!!!!! We were shocked by such a long wait))) several times we called the waiter and asked when our order would be, and each time we were told in 20-25 minutes.
The beer set was brought first. Let me remind you, after 2.5 hours of waiting. Although this is the easiest and fastest thing to cook) An hour before it was brought to us, the waiter clarified that they would not be able to cook the squid, there would be shrimp as a substitute. The shrimps were the most delicious of this set)) the pistachios that were included in the set were obviously bought at a traffic light, some closed, some empty, some sour and a couple normal. The peanuts were breaded raw to dry them, they were heated, but as the nuts were raw, they remained. French fries and nuggets are normal, you can eat, but don't expect a piece of chicken fillet from nuggets. They obviously do not cook themselves, they buy semi-finished products.
After another 20 minutes, the pizza arrived, I can't say anything terrible about it. Outwardly it looked cool, but they obviously regretted the cheese. In another place, I liked the same pizza more.
Rolls. It's the worst I've ever eaten. Bland, tasteless and dry. We ordered one, and in fact brought another. What is stated in the menu (California with shrimp and salmon 310g
rice, nori, shrimp tempura, salmon, cucumber, tobiko caviar, orange peel, sweet tea) What we got in fact (rice, nori, boiled shrimp! salmon. No caviar, no orange peel, no cucumber) About 30 minutes before the rolls were brought, the waiter clarified that they would not be able to put a cucumber in these rolls, because it was not available, they offered to put a tomato or not add anything at all. And for some reason, they rolled the rolls in sesame, which was not stated on the menu. Visually, they looked bad.
The second portion of the roll was brought after another 15 minutes. We were already tired of sitting, we decided to take them home. We tried it at home. Visually, they looked prettier than the previous ones, but they tasted just as bad. It seemed to me that one unfortunate shrimp was divided into the whole dish, there was so little of it that I did not feel its taste.
Why didn't we leave? Because it's Saturday night, it would be difficult to find a free table in another place.
Now I'm scolding myself for paying for the rolls. I'm attaching a photo. I've already taken pictures at home, so the rolls are in the container they gave us.
Because of the smell of the burners in the establishment, I started coughing, which stopped only when I was already near the house and breathed on the street.
There are no complaints about the waiters. They did their job properly, I understand that the work of the kitchen does not depend on them.
I would not say that there were a lot of people in the restaurant, so I sincerely do not understand why there is such a long wait for dishes.

And in general, they suddenly ran out of food, so the waiters had to run to the store and buy the necessary ingredients. Given the fact that it was already 9 o'clock in the evening, there was no desire to stay and wait in the hope that the order would be brought by 11 o'clock at night (unless something else runs out). And it is unlikely that you will want to waste time on this institution again.
