If it were possible to give a minus grade, I would gladly do it! Twice they tried to stop by this office, which calls itself a "round-the-clock car wash" and twice some kind of game. There's something wrong with the schedule. The reception door is constantly closed and there is no answer to calls. Paying with a card also results in a big problem. The administrator, who communicates "hey, buddy," is always on some kind of collection and there is no way to buy a token normally. He constantly says to wait and it is unknown how long, and if you want to buy a token, he gives "friendly advice" to think with your head next time and take more at once, otherwise you see you are delaying the queue and distracting him from work))) thanks to this, they left half in foam, because they did not have the opportunity to buy a token and wash everything off normally. In short, with his own money, some guy scolded like a schoolgirl and made an idiot of her. The management only wishes to select the staff more carefully. Because such "friends" do not leave the slightest desire to return again.
Driving by, I decided to give this car wash another chance, because it was closed during business hours the last few times. I was lucky this time, but not much 😅
