One of the best zoos in the former Soviet Union, clean and well maintained, with huge enclosures. The zoo's inhabitants look and feel great. It is not as huge as Moscow, but it is very well thought out: walking paths along the wooden flooring along the aviaries create the impression of a walk in nature, lots of trees and greenery. The entrance fee for tourists is 15 manats (about 1,000 rubles), and this money is nothing compared to the emotions and great mood received)
I haven't been to the zoo in Baku for a long time, I was pleasantly surprised, very clean, beautiful, Safari-style zoo, all animals are well-groomed, clean, pleasant atmosphere. There is a mini-farm on the territory, with rabbits, guinea pigs, you can feed them and spend time there.
A gorgeous zoo, both adults and children liked it very much. Tigers are just 🔥. Small, but interesting, walked around in 2 hours. The aviaries are wonderfully made, you can watch from different angles. Admission is 15 manats for foreigners of any age
