We recently visited a pizzeria and were satisfied with the quality of service and the taste of the dishes. However, there was a slight misunderstanding with the cashier about the order. We ordered a combo "Friends 2" for 85 thousand soums, which included a pizza with a diameter of 25 cm, 8 cinnamon rolls, 5 chicken strips and 2 bottles of Coca-Cola.
When we asked the cashier if it was possible to replace the pizza in the combo, she replied in the affirmative, but did not warn us that we would have to pay extra for changing the pizza. The price difference is small, but it is better to warn about it in advance to avoid problems.

A chain cafe, they work well, that when ordering inside, that for delivery, if there are problems when ordering online (extra money was debited from us), they always promptly solve, apologize, give some promo codes for a discount. There is an application. You can order home delivery, you can pick up, which is also convenient, after a walk, go in, pick up a hot pizza and eat at home. The children like the food. My husband likes pizza with sides in which sausages are a good feature)

I waited 30 minutes for the order, as my pizza was given to another. They had to do it all over again. They realized this when I started asking. A bunch of employees who interfere with each other. The main cashier is 1 in total. Employees walk around the kitchen in their best clothes, and the one who turns the dough also picks at his mouth with a toothpick. I don't recommend it.

After the renovation and opening, the interior and decoration are done beautifully and colorfully. but:
1) there are a lot of flies in the hall where everyone is sitting and eating
2) do not remove dishes and garbage from the table after customers
3) the air conditioner either works poorly or was not turned on
4) the deliverers go back and forth and do not close the doors behind them
5) there are no sockets available, there are sockets on the side walls at the level of the sofa seats and they are covered with seats and not even attached. Before the repair, sockets were near every table.
6) cashiers do not ask about the dough, airy or thin. In fact, I'm to blame, but they used to ask about the dough.
7) pizzas generally deteriorated, became almost tasteless, and began to buy cheaper goods for pizzas. And the most touching thing is that the sauces on top of pizzas have become generally smaller or not watered at all (chicken ranch and chicken curry)
8) at the distribution, the man was distracted by other employees and did not issue orders on time
9) we were asked to do it with ourselves at the checkout or in the hall. We chose in the hall and at the end they give us orders in a box intended for delivery and give us disposable small plates
And most importantly, after the opening, we could come up with some kind of novelty or make a promotion for customers!

We came to eat pizza. In front of us, two guys took the order; and they indicated to us that the order was ready for ~ 30 minutes, but they were in no hurry to accept the order. The girl was rushing from side to side doing obviously important things. After about 7 minutes, she decided to come up, we said that we would like pizza and sinnamons, she said that there were no sinnamons and left again to do her business ... without finishing taking the order. We waited another 5 minutes, but no one deigned to pay attention to us. We went to another branch, where the guys were clearly more friendly and immediately accepted the order.

Four stars is a good rating, so I'm giving this place a good rating. Most pizzerias in Tashkent, like Chopar, Moscow pizza, Dodo, etc. next to Belissimo, they only pull three stars. Of course, there are Roni, Craft pizza, Stuzzico, Italian pizza, which are worthy of 5 stars next to Belissimo, but there is a higher price tag.
