I have been in Harmony spa in this hotel. I really liked the Swimming pool, big djakuzy, hammam and gym. There was also massage. When I entered the hotel I was greeted and served politely. I highly recommend you to visit this Hotel. The service there is top notch.

Great location and lovely staff, the staff were helpful especially Muxlisa she was very nice, also Farooq and Timur are very helpful to us. Also they celebrated my birth day and they made my day great. Thanks to all the staff🙏🏽

Amazing food! Very delicious! High quality, big portions, live music some days and all of these for very reasonable prices. A bit slow but it shows that it's not frozen fast-food, but they are preparing, cooking.
10 out of 10. Definitely will recommend and come back

We stayed at the hotel in August 2024.
A warm, friendly atmosphere reigns everywhere here: starting with the staff who meet and help with suitcases; wonderful staff at the reception who are responsive and attentive to the requests of guests; the restaurant staff is always smiling and unobtrusive, unobtrusive service.
Special thanks to the hotel staff for their care!

The room is gorgeous, thanks for the welcome compliment with sweets.
The room was cleaned daily. Fresh towels were always present; a set of toothbrushes and pastes / cotton pads, sticks, soap, shaving kit, etc.
The room is clean, everything is new with a stylish design, excellent sound insulation inside.
There is also a spa in the hotel, we used the pool, next to it there is also a bowl with a Jacuzzi in the form of a small space. The hammam is wonderful; the sauna was kept at a comfortable temperature.
There is a gym nearby
The restaurant is atmospheric; the interior is very beautiful. The breakfast is delicious.
The dinners also pleased me. Everything is very exquisite and delicious,
As a wish: to include national dishes in the menu, I really wanted to try it here. But dinners include the usual European diet.
The hotel adheres to the rules without alcohol, but in Tashkent we have already got used to this, it is almost everywhere here.

Very comfortable, with new, large and clean rooms, everything you need in the room, large beds, fantastically delicious continental breakfasts with local highlights (a nice woman cooks incredible omelets for breakfast) and many others. The staff is very sincere, the waiters appear and disappear unnoticed. Everything happens as if by itself, unnoticed by the client. Top class.

I doubted it! But the hotel is good. Everything is new, clean, the rooms are large with a huge number of outlets.
Each room has an iron and a blackboard.
The breakfasts are also very decent. It may be a little far from the center, but it suited me perfectly.
And also great mattresses, huge beds and silence.
A slightly noisy air conditioner, but more like white noise. I didn't bother sleeping.
The only drawback is the chairs in the restaurant. Their noses are protruding, and not only did I stumble over them every day, I also saw others in the same embarrassment.

I chose a hotel for a long time, the choice fell on Bentley. I was not mistaken! Great new, modern. The staff is very friendly. The room is beautiful and comfortable. Cleaning every day. A day later, the bed and even the slippers were changed). The cleaning is perfect!
The breakfasts are very tasty! I counted 11 fruits), delicious pastries, various dried fruits and nuts.
We liked everything very much, I recommend it. And next time, just a Bentley!

The hotel is good
The rooms are clean, the pool is not big, if with children it is just right for them.
The kitchen is 4 out of 5 points, the menu is not big, I ordered steak meat, they can't cook it.
The staff is friendly, they greet and accompany with a smile, which pleases.
The location is not for walking, we walked once, it was interesting what is next to the hotel.
What pleases the hotel is the silence at night, even with the windows open.

Excellent. A fresh hotel, a cozy room, a comfortable mattress, breakfast by the standards of Uzbekistan for 5+, a hammam, a swimming pool. Location - if you know the city, then it's fine on foot, for the rest there is a Yandex taxi. The staff is tactful and helpful. And all this for reasonable money. I will definitely come back.

We stayed in this hotel for 12 days with our daughter. Great room, perfectly clean, service, the girls and guys at the reception are polite, extremely helpful, delicious breakfasts, especially scrambled eggs with vegetables and cheese, the maids are a miracle, the room is cleaned perfectly every day.
Of the cons:
As I understand it, there are no twin rooms, you can't just push a double bed apart, you slept with your daughter on a large bed together. You can order a separate bed in the room for an additional fee.
Otherwise, everything is great.
There is a metro station nearby. Alimdzhan, inside the courtyard of the Tamara Khanum House Museum

We didn't stay at the hotel, but went here to the spa complex and restaurant. The spa complex is magnificent, everything is very clean, cool, a warm pool, a clean locker room with everything you need (cotton buds, towel, cream, shampoo with conditioner, fine). I'm shooting a star because of the restaurant — it's not very tasty.

I stayed at the hotel in mid-September 2024. I was met by a very friendly and friendly staff at the reception. They will tell you everything, answer any questions, and help. The quality and taste of the dishes are super!
The room is clean, cozy, and has everything you need. Large bed, comfortable mattress. Powerful climate system. I liked the cosmetics in the bathroom (liquid soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner). Good sound insulation.
The hotel also has a spa complex, which consists of a sauna, hammam and swimming pool, there is a massage.
I am very grateful to the hotel and the staff for a comfortable stay! Only positive emotions.

The hotel is new, very modern and stylish. I love such hotels when the designer has thought out everything to the smallest detail. Very attentive and courteous staff, there is an ATM and several shops within walking distance. I was in February, the room was very warm - this is a separate plus, because in other hotels it is often very cold in winter.

The hotel is pleasant, freshly renovated. There were no questions about Sound Insulation. The spa area is good — a good-quality hammam, sauna, a normal-sized swimming pool and a Jacuzzi pool with bubbles. Sun beds. Towels, slippers and bathrobes are provided in this area. The fitness room is also normal (for a hotel).
The breakfasts are normal, but not wow:)
On the last day they asked me to take them with them — they did, but they did not put the appliances down, I did not understand how to eat with my hands. The aftertaste of the stay is spoiled.
The restaurant at the flame hotel was not pleased, the local meat in the steak was barely eaten (from hunger:)
They don't help with suitcases.
We were settled without a stamp in the passport (although what stamp is in the passport) (I read here about the problem with this), but we had rings on our fingers 😀
When checking in, they wanted to take a little more money than was indicated in the booking.
The cleaning is good, towels were changed every day, the staff is smiling. In the bathroom there is a set up to toothbrushes (bathrobes, of course).

In fact, I really liked the hotel! Newly built, in a quiet location, nice room, excellent breakfasts.
Among the disadvantages, I can note the lack of hooks for outerwear and, most importantly, a very narrow bed (140 cm) with an excessively soft uncomfortable mattress. For a hotel of this level, the width of 140 cm is unacceptable. Otherwise, I repeat, everything is really great!

As of April 2024. The hotel is new, everything is clean and tidy.
The rooms are large, there are a lot of sockets throughout the room (they are together with usb), a huge TV, a large bathtub, plumbing is all good and fresh. They give a lot of good cosmetics: shampoo, conditioner, gel, nail files, razor, etc.
There is an iron and ironing board in the closet. There are few hooks for clothes, the closet is narrow.
A bed with a soft mattress and soft pillows, for someone this moment may be important.
The service is at a good level, you can pay with a card, in cash and using a QR code with a Russian card through a telegram bot.
The breakfast is hearty and varied, the portions in the restaurant are large, but the prices are close to Moscow. There is no alcohol in the restaurant.
The WiFi throughout the hotel is very good, the speed is high, it catches everywhere.
The pool and spa complex are fresh and in excellent condition. The hammam is odorless and with good steam. The gym is small, but with new equipment, it will work out on a business trip or vacation.
In 5 days, the hotel left a good impression, at the level of good chain hotels.

A new high-tech hotel opened in September 2023. The rooms are spacious, modern, good sound insulation. There is a hammam, sauna, a small pool on the ground floor. But we didn't like the breakfasts. There was a very small selection of dishes, there were no pastries at all, no croissants, no buns. I lowered my grade for breakfast.

There was not a word on the hotel booking website (B***ing) about the fact that when checking in with a girl, you need a marriage stamp in your passport. We were refused upon check-in. I had to quickly look for another hotel. At the same time, I have no questions for the hotel staff - I understand perfectly well that they do not set the rules, but the owner.
I have been staying in Tashkent for the 5th time and this is the first time. So I advise all couples, regardless of nationality, to choose another option for living, and the hotel should specify this "interesting" rule in the description.
