I especially want to mention the work of the administrators - they are very polite and friendly. And also Master Margarita, who did a miracle with my jumpsuit. It has been hanging in the closet for several years, and now I will wear it with pleasure.

I have been using the services of this company for several years at 8 Denisovskaya Street. A team of competent professionals works here. The administrators at the reception will tell you everything intelligently, recommend you and give you the best advice if you doubt something. This applies to all aspects of the company's services - from dry cleaning, laundry to repairing things. And all this is polite, friendly and sympathetic. Seamstresses who repair clothes work at the highest level. You can safely entrust them with your thing for repair and be sure that it will return to you in a new form, exactly as you wished!

The rating is highly inflated. Don't believe it. Only negative reviews are true. Because of the behavior of the administrators and the seamstress (and the management, which does not take any measures, but only protects its employees), you will have to look for another dry cleaner. I'm tired of putting up with their rudeness, as well as the way they blindly cheat customers! They take inflated prices "from the head", and not from their own price list! And they also refused to give me a discount on their discount card! The amount, you see, is not big enough! And when I came to demand a refund of the amount they had shortchanged me by, they started yelling and threatening! The horror! We are also tired of frequent delays in orders, as well as the lack of notifications! Complaining doesn't help! The management, as always, allegedly does not see any violations (instead of apologizing and finally improving their service)! They won't get a penny from me anymore!
I don't want to receive any more answers from this organization, which is just trying to "whitewash" itself! I'm not writing for her, but for people, so that they know what this dry cleaner is like!
