This is the finish line!!! I asked for an Americano without sugar, and they made me a cappuccino.... and sweet... I repeated the request, and they made me a cappuccino again... the third time, they still managed to make Americano, but they added sugar to it... I lost 40 minutes there while all this was happening and in the end it still didn't work out... The next time, instead of double Americano, they made me regular coffee... I don't think I'm the only one drinking Americano without sugar... is it really more difficult to make it than any other...
