This Turkish cuisine cafe has become our favorite during our stay in Sukhum. It is located on the central embankment. It is convenient that it works around the clock. They came at any time. I liked the Turkish breakfast, we also took khachapuri, lula kebab, etc. The lentil soup is incomparable. Tomorrow is the final day in Sukhumi, you need to try baklava with ice cream. We visited this restaurant today. Excellent cuisine, everything was very tasty, the service was also on the level. We visited this institution in Sukhumi - this is one of the many institutions where we have been.
The general impression of being in this country is that they live the way Russia lived in the noughties. Cashless payment is something terrible for their business activities.
Negative impressions of this place: the waitress believes that if they came and took a place, they should quickly place an order. There were 3 minutes to choose from, after which she came up, took the menu and said she was waiting for an order.
There is a separate line in the invoice - 10% service! This information is not available anywhere separately, by default. Paying by card is just a trigger for them.
Pros: there are none.

Excellent cafe restaurant. There are my favorite Turkish dishes. They cook just great. The portions are good, I always had to take them home, because I couldn't eat everything. I would say that this restaurant should be the hallmark of Sukhum. It is located on the embankment. the territory of the port, tables by the water, a pleasant atmosphere. The kitchen is mostly Turkish, the portions are huge, if they took something, it was for two. Very fast non-confrontational waiters. Everything is delicious in the dishes, I liked everything. But there are drawbacks: if there are mushrooms in the dish, it must be indicated in the menu, I consider it mandatory, there are allergies to mushrooms. And the second point is a warm beer in a bottle, they brought the bottle open, asked to replace it, they said that the refrigerator was working. I don't even take off a star for this, because the dishes are delicious, I hope they will fix the rest.

We went to a cafe because we needed to connect to Wi-Fi. And by the way, to eat. But we did not expect that the service would be at such a high level! The order was delivered very quickly - incredibly delicious! And the double kettles were very pleased, very convenient, why not use them in all cafes)). I personally don't like the menu very much, but it's subjective. A big wish : you serve salads that are not seasoned with anything, so put oil and vinegar on the tables...as it should be - ideally flavored with spices...don't go broke, but the perception of serving and eating will be different! Not only me, believe me! It is advisable to indicate the sharpness of the dish in the menu...(otherwise you're counting on spicy- the taste is normal, and vice versa!)))

It was a disgusting dinner. We ordered a beef kebab. 200/800r. They brought a barbecue after 10 minutes , if you can call it that...The meat was in tiny pieces ( it was probably cooked a couple of days ago), lay on yesterday's dried lavash... 🤔, besides , only the taste of salt was felt and this tough meat could not be cut with a knife. But, there is one positive point... Dogs as tall as calves walk and look over the tables... They eat this concoction. The whole pita bread was given to them, the meat fell to the floor when cutting, as it was so dried up that it was like a stone... 2200 was nothing to pay for... I would not recommend this place for anything... I'm betting a huge stake. If you want good reviews, roast a barbecue for people who ordered a barbecue... Read what a barbecue is. Find a good barbecue cook, because it's not the cleaner who should cook it, but a specialist. People pay you money... Forget about this incomprehensible institution.

One of the best restaurants in Sukhum. The menu is very extensive! But the Turkish cuisine is based on kebabs and shawarma.
There is a children's menu, pizza, soups, etc.
When traveling to Sukhum, I definitely come here! In good weather, it is very pleasant to sit on the outdoor veranda overlooking the sea!
It is especially pleasant to have local Sukhumi beer.
There is wi-fi.
On the downside, there is no toilet. We'll have to look somewhere outside.

Turkish cuisine with good large portions. The cafe is located right on the shore, with tables both on the street and in a small room. In general, there are quite a lot of places and there are almost always vacant, well, if only in high season everything is occupied.
The place is popular, because it is quite tasty here, except that sometimes borscht with salt. The portions, as I have already indicated, are large, because rice and vegetables are also supposed to go with each meat. So I took one dish and ate it, and the cost usually does not exceed 600 rubles per position.
Alcohol is cheap, but of high quality. The service is good.
Of the disadvantages, there is no toilet in the institution, you will have to go somewhere for a fee.
There is also an institution with the same name at the seaport, it looks like a chain. It's more solid, but I can't say for the quality, I didn't have to have lunch there.

A little tar in this barrel. But I didn't like it.Honestly, I gave this institution a chance several times and each time I was a little more or a little less disappointed. The tables are dirty, the service is slow (we live here and have been at different times of the year). It's smoky inside. But the main disappointment is the food. Beef is tough, a cradle with some strange smell, but the top of all is a shawarma with a small filling, wrapped in a huge flatbread, and as a highlight meat that is simply impossible to chew at all and all this for 450 rubles.We gave 900 for two!!! Yes, whose Port is better, but also not 5 stars. Judging by the reviews here, either I was so unlucky, or for those who are passing through on vacation, it's an entourage and not expensive. But, honestly, there are other equally inexpensive and very pleasant places on the embankment with consistently good cuisine. And I'm not a hater and generally write only good reviews, but this shawarma with rubber-stone meat just brought me out of my mental balance. 2 stars for the view.

The Rice + Lula kebab set is very tasty!
Trout can be over-dried and overcooked.
Kharcho is nothing (broth is not much like kharcho with rice added) - and this is in Abkhazia. It should be a shame to serve such soup.

We ordered a cradle - the taste of stale meat, very salty. The pilaf was served cold.
Only khachapur pleased me. The service is rubbish. I went to get the menu myself, then we waited for the waiter to order for 15 minutes, then she served us, loudly scolded the guests at the next table for feeding the dog.
We won't be coming back here anymore.

Every time we visit Sukhum, we have dinner at least a couple of times in this wonderful cafe!!! Wonderful cuisine, a large selection of dishes, beautiful serving and large portions!!! It is popular not only with vacationers, but the locals themselves are not averse to relaxing in the "Chegem". Therefore, you have to wait a little while until a table is available, but you can pass the time by admiring the evening promenade!!! I definitely recommend it!!!

Her smile was sincere, which is very rare nowadays. The service is excellent! We ordered wings, mutton and shawarma. They brought huge dishes!!!! Grilled vegetables, pilaf and delicious pita bread were attached to the order. We, adults, could not master such sizes!!!))))) and all this for a little money, which could not but please. I read reviews and I don't believe it!!! I was in September 2024 and I was very disappointed!!! We made an order-as a result, almost everything is not tasty or tasteless at all. Only the mutton was edible. The kebab had the smell of a refrigerator -not fresh obviously. But this is half the trouble-the rat family just lives and feeds on visitors!!!
