Elevators sometimes work, sometimes they don't. For a building with so many floors, this is generally unacceptable!
You can talk about the gym for a long time, but the main problem is that it's very small. Microroom. Everything is always busy. Add the territory of the hall and treadmills! This will make your hotel more promising.
As for the rooms, everything is individual. Of course, I would like an update. Dirty carpets, sofas that need to be periodically dry-cleaned. Updates of dishes and bed linen are also necessary in every room.
And, of course, wash the outside of the windows. Tourists pay for a beautiful view of the landscape outside the window. It is not visible due to a thick layer of dirt!

There is a big shortage of elevators, constant queues for the elevator. Cold water in the pools. A strong wind is constantly blowing in the lobby. If a balcony or window is open in the room, then there is a strong draft under the front door. The problem with Facebook is that they issue a limited number. Outside by the pool, the floor is very dirty in places.
Nice, comfortable, expensive. The views are beautiful, there are many pools. It's great to live with children. BUT when you move into an apartment, I advise you to check everything! Just count every spoon, fork, and glasses. We were charged a fine of 300 baht for the missing wine glass. And we just didn't get them at all. But there is nothing to prove. I had to pay. Therefore, when you move in and while the staff is with you, check all the jambs and the amount of everything in front of them. Otherwise, you will have to pay for everything. And in general, a wonderful condo.
We chose two rooms in this condo for a month.
We counted on a beautiful life, in new, fresh apartments - in gold- expensive- rich🤣
It was exactly like that in the pictures, and the rental price of 35,000 bt + 500bt extra set of linen, 1500bt cleaning and light with water in the end, also indicated that it would be good to be more expensive!!!
But that was not the case! "this is Thailand" - the realtors told us at check-in, when I was wondering where I was!!!
I have visited many places in Thailand- and lived with ants.... But such dirt, in a sprawling condo, and even with such a price tag for accommodation and cleaning ... I met for the first time!
Throughout my stay, to put it mildly, I was getting more and more shocked and disappointed:
1)the room is dirty E804, from the word - not cleaned at all - all the mirrors are stained, all the windows in the floor that - as if a beautiful view should open from them- are stained and interfere with the beautiful view😁😭the bed is all stained and hair - but they lay white at the same time!!!!, the sofa and carpet are dirty, never cleaned!!! the gold on the plumbing has been peeled off for a long time and does not shine. The glass shower does not shine through from the dirt at all, the drain is clogged and the water is standing!
They didn't even bother to wipe the refrigerator inside!
There are no rags, no liquid for glasses, no sponges, no toilet paper in the room - of course I understand that these are consumables, but at least on the first day you can leave it so that people put things in order for their stay, since the owners of the rooms are not interested in this and do not control their cleaning before check-in!!!
In general, I couldn't even clean up right away until I bought it all!!!
And at the same time, let me remind you, as a result, we will be charged 1500bt for cleaning!!!!
2) we had a disgusting smell of sewage on the floor and in the room, I didn't want to go into the bathroom once again, there was a noble smell there!!!! in the corridor, the staff of the condo, even propped up the door with a brick so that the stench went out into the stairwell, the children got a room on the floor above B902 - the same dirt, smells and washed with cold water every other day!
And the crown, there is some kind of manhole on the balconies, which is almost constantly grumbling day and night🤦🤦🤦
3) I was blown away by the additional set of linen on the folding sofa, for which we were charged 500bt - look at the photo - this is a synthetic sheet with an elastic band, an incomprehensible rag that has seen the sights, instead of a blanket and the "funniest" thing is a huge pillowcase, into which two pillows were inserted.... Here I wanted to laugh straight from hysteria ..., a pillowcase for two pillows🤣🤣🤣well, what!!!
Well, the sofa itself is for a very short person, I slept according to the dioganal so that my legs would not hang down, my height is 165cm

4) elevators- you will spend most of your rest waiting for them in the stuffy and smelly corridors of the condo- since ventilation and air conditioning are only available at the reception!!!
5) The pools on the floors are beautiful!! But what are they for???? They have ice water in them!!! We took a picture and that's it. So if you, as we think, choosing this condo, that you will get high in pools on high floors, you definitely will not!
6) For children - there is a playground, go for a walk, uninteresting.
Otherwise, you will drag the stroller daily up the high steps of the main entrance to the condo or go around it to drive in from the back
Bottom line - expensive does not mean good at all!!
I'm sure there are nice well-maintained rooms in this condo, I think it all depends on the owners.

Of course, we also got normal realtors- who did not dismiss us and at least brought two new sets of underwear for our rooms to replace those that are stained. It was obvious that they sympathized with us, but somehow it was hard to believe that they did not know that the rooms were in such a state.
The best place to stay in Pattaya in 2024. The level of the hotel is five stars, pools on different floors. New building, built in 2023. Stunning views from high floors. There is a market nearby where everything from food is sold)
The sea is 50 meters away. The center is 20 minutes away by taxi or tuk tuk.
