The selection of products is wonderful, I found the buttons I was looking for everywhere.The only thing that upset me was the imperfectly polite attitude of the staff.I asked the girl consultant if there were any more buttons of a similar format, to which I heard "How should I know" and the corresponding facial expression.The phrase sounded negative and alerted, I can understand everything, but I didn't want to hear it.I can believe that the situation was explained by the workload of the staff, but it does not negate the emotions.

Terrible attitude towards customers, I called the store to clarify the availability of fabric, because I needed a certain one, they told me that everything was there, I asked if it was possible to postpone it for literally 20 minutes, they told me well, as a result, when my husband arrived at the store, this fabric was not available, but there was only another, a little in a different shade and more expensive
When I called back to the store to ask how it happened, they told me that we were not postponing the fabric and apparently it was over (in 20 minutes) and in general, the girl, what do you want from me, then generally talking to me on the phone in parallel, they still counted someone
And I would like a normal relationship from you, if I had initially known that there was no necessary fabric, then I would not have had to change plans and go to the store for a non-existent fabric
