I am very glad that I was able to visit this restaurant again. I strongly advise fish lovers to be there. You won't regret it. Prices are available. And very tasty. AND the staff ARE GREAT WITH A CAPITAL LETTER. 🙏💖
We stopped here to eat after the tour, we were very tired and overheated and our guide recommended this place to us very much, of course we trusted him, because we ourselves are not local..
We were advised to take fried fish from the local catch and of course try grilled sturgeon.
When the bill was brought to us, which was for 157 manats, I will not describe our emotions... I'll just say what kind of fish it is, which was cooked somehow, and sturgeon, which was over-dried on the grill, while it cost 55 manats (a kilogram of fresh sturgeon in the store costs 58 manats, and 33 in the restaurants of the old city), the restaurant itself resembles more a roadside cafe.. The price of freshly squeezed juice was 11 manats (per glass), a mixture of apple and orange juice, warm. When we asked for ice, they said there was none..
In general, the check cost more than two dinners in the best Baku restaurants. Apparently this place is specially designed for tourists who get there once and never come back. Just in case, I am attaching a photo of the receipt.
We came with a big family... They ordered French fries and nuggets for the children (unfortunately, they can't offer anything else to the children here and in restaurants nearby), they ordered fish on coals and grilled vegetables for themselves). Packaged juices, carbonated drinks in the assortment... In general, I liked everything. It's a pity that the choice is not great (there were side dishes to choose from, soups and desserts), but it's understandable, it's still a fish restaurant.
