We ordered flower delivery for the anniversary. I liked the bouquet very much (it fully corresponded to the picture on the website), the operators were friendly, the delivery was carried out on time, taking into account the wishes. The recipient of the flowers was also delighted. I would like to note separately that the flowers did not fade for a very long time.

The first order, the roses did not arrive fresh, on the first day the rose dropped its head, although immediately after arrival they put it in the water, cut it off, and stood in a cool place.
The second order was not delivered at all, with the words "oh, sorry, the courier's car broke down, wait another hour." Neither a call nor a message, if he had not written it himself, they would not have reacted. Wasted time, expectations, and broken plans. I do not recommend such a service, where they cannot even notify you in a timely manner.
