We came in by accident. We got to the promotion, but found out only after the order. We chose a pizza with beef burger sauce on a thin dough. It was very tasty, which pleasantly surprised me. I didn't take the star off for dirty tables - I hope this will be corrected. I was very pleased with the promotion - to hand over the box - to get 100 points on the balance. It is always good when companies advocate for the cleanliness of the city, But again, they overheard other customers by accident. It feels like Dominos is hiding his shares.

It was the first time I visited this institution. I made an order, but I waited 30+ minutes because visitors are not notified of the order's readiness in any way. Yes, there is a scoreboard, but to stand for 15 minutes or how long pizza is cooking and staring at the scoreboard, excuse me. When ordering, they ask whose name the order is in, respectively, why ask if they don't even shout "the order for Vasya is ready" from the checkout. Add a soundtrack about the order's readiness or a shout from the kitchen at least). Well, not the Stone Age.
I also drew attention to the fact that you can ask for checkers at the checkout and play on the table - I love such little things, for those who get bored waiting - it will brighten up the time.
The staff, as a staff, confused the 1st position, but otherwise as everywhere else.
About the pizza. It's quite good, but this is the effect of the fact that it's only from the oven. So to taste, nothing special

I ordered pizza delivery in the app, there was a warning that the delivery time had been increased to 45 minutes. An hour and a half later, the pizza still hadn't arrived. They said on the phone that they had accidentally canceled my order, confusing it with another one. As an apology, they offered a 30% discount on the next order, but I usually order with an even bigger discount anyway. I ordered it from another place, it was delivered there in less than half an hour.

I didn't order the delivery, I can't say anything about it. I always bought on the spot. The waiting time is 15-20 minutes. The staff is polite. The pizza itself was better and tastier about 3 years ago. It affects (to my taste)when making a choice of cheap low-quality flour, sauces also leave much to be desired. They leave on Tuesdays (on Tuesdays there is a special offer of 2 pizzas for the price of one).

All pizzerias of this chain cannot be rated higher, because they simply mislead people: delivery is indicated everywhere - 30 minutes! Call me at night... The company is just deceiving customers! Overnight delivery is 1 hour +, although this information is not specified anywhere (was not specified). There are no questions about the products of this company.
Bottom line: because of the product itself, I will not put one star.
