Good evening, everyone!We had a rest from 02.11.2024-08.11.2024 in this wonderful hotel. The hotel is modern and new, the staff is friendly, the room is cool (we took the usual 29sq m),in the room: air conditioning,safe,hair dryer,iron and ironing board,slippers,shower gel,shampoo,conditioner and freaky body lotion,brushes and toothpastes,soap, towels.Body and hair washing products are not disposable, but large vials glued to the wall.The room has a double bed with a medium-hard mattress.The cabinet is large, the sockets are normal, there are many USB inputs.On the shelf is a compliment from the hotel (replenished every day) 2 bottles of water,coffee and tea bags, milk.Teapot, glasses,cups and saucers, 3 types of sugar. We are on the 16th floor with a view of the neighboring hotel, it glows beautifully at night.The neighbors have never been heard of.There is no noise and music, calmly.They clean it every day .There are no balconies, things can be dried in the bathroom or on the window. There are 2 Russian girls at the reception.The rest of the staff speaks English. The time difference from Moscow is + an hour. Breakfast from 6.30-10.30 on the 2nd floor.The buffet is the same every day, but the choice is great.Sliced cheese and ham,fish,bacon,tortillas with assorted fillings,a lot of sweet pastries,interesting fried dishes,3 types of yoghurts, different cereals,breakfast cereals,eggs and dishes from them,pancakes and waffles,all kinds of toppings,bread,fruit: dragon fruit,watermelon,pineapple,melon and grapes.Drinks include lemonade, 2 types of juices, milkshake,smoothies, water, milk,tea and coffee.In general, you will not leave hungry. Transfer to the beach 2 times a day, sign up for a meeting in advance.Buses arrive at 9 and 10 and pick you up after 3 hours.When traveling at the reception, you give the card from the room and you are given a towel, 2 guests-2 towels. The journey takes 10-15 minutes.The bus is not big, but there are a lot of places inside. Umbrella beach Has showers, toilets, cafes.A beautiful photo zone .Palm trees, a pickup truck, hay, a swing and the sea. You go down the stairs to the beach itself and there is only sand.There are no sun beds and no shade either.So take care of the sunbed and the umbrella.The sand is very hot, I advise you to wear rubber flip-flops.The water is fresh milk and transparent.Swimming is a pleasure. The hotel has a gym on the 3rd floor, a swimming pool with sun beds for children and adults and changing rooms (including a hammam and sauna for 2-3 people). There is a huge Lulu supermarket and an exchange office across the street from the hotel.There is a lot of ready-made food in it, the selection is replenished after 12 o'clock local time.If you come in the evening, there will be a poorer choice of products. A set of sushi and rolls 40 pcs is very tasty 65 dirhams,salads are different from 12-25 dirhams (but the portions are large),sandwiches are different delicious from 5-10 dirhams, original soda set of 6 pcs -10 dirhams,water 5L-5 dirhams,there are different sweets, in general, there are actually a lot of products there.There is no Dubai chocolate.There is a counter at the entrance and there is supposedly Dubai chocolate at 70 and 85 dirhams, but this is a fake.In Lulu, a similar 16.5 costs.There are cafes and clothing stores inside.On the 2nd floor, you can find dresses made of natural materials, free for 30 -35 dirhams. Cellular communication.You will be given a SIM card at the airport for free.It is valid for a day but only on social networks.You can connect roaming from your operator, it will not turn on automatically.You need to go to settings-mobile operator and select the Du network.Voila and everything works. You can't call on a social network like WhatsApp and telegrams!!! Shopping malls: Fujairah Mall),Fujairah City Center, there are McDucks,KFC, Burger King (portions are huge just).Lunch at the McDuck cost 50 dirhams (big mac,big cola and big potatoes, we don't have such sizes., sauce and ice cream).Cafes and shops 24 hours at every step.But we didn't eat there.You can catch a taxi at every corner,5 dirhams boarding and the rest on the counter.But usually within 11-20 dirhams in the city. There is an airport nearby, but there are no flights from Russia there.And I didn't see or hear any noise from the plane at all. A 15-minute walk away is a beautiful mosque and a park around it.But the mosque is closed to tourists.
Guided tours are expensive. But at the entrance to the hotel, a local guide is sitting in the corner on the right.His prices are 2p cheaper, he speaks Russian.If he is not there, you can write to him on the phone via whatsapp. Dubai sightseeing 55$ per person.
Souvenirs can be bought at the top 10 store.But the choice is meager.The street behind the mosque, you can see on the map.This is not Turkey and Egypt, where souvenirs and various little things are at every turn-there is nothing at all here.Along the same street at the very end there is an interesting place-Fort Fujairah.The fortress and buildings that remained from 1500, they were slightly restored, but it's still worth a look.
A 50-minute walk along the highway is a bus station with departure to Dubai. Alcohol is sold in Bisma stores (15 minutes from the beach).They say there is a fine wine of 1.5 liters. With crossings and sidewalks it is very bad here, they are found but very few.If you go from the hotel to the mosque, then there is probably one underpass for the whole city.Because you can't cross this 8-lane road. There are markets running parallel to the beach across the street.Things and fishy.You can buy fish and order it to be cooked there right away. When choosing a trip here, I definitely advise you, but you need to take a tour package with a transfer.Because it's far and expensive to get there.The transfer is not a group one, a car meets you from the airport and you eat alone, and do not wait for all tourists to be taken to other hotels, we took a jeep safari from the excursions.It takes more than an hour to get from the hotel to the place.It's worth seeing.It's not scary, a jeep tour of the sands in a closed car.Camel riding,photo shoot, hookah,henna tattoo,buffet with hot dishes of chicken, lamb, fish and beef.Unlimited soft drinks and at the end a man's dance in a skirt, belly dance and a fire show. It will be interesting for children in general.
The climate here is dry and subtropical, but it is easier to tolerate than in other emirates.
A headdress is required, the sun is merciless.
Sunscreen from 50spf and after-sun cream.
Pharmacies and parikhmakhers are at every turn.
There are a lot of mosques.
There are few locals, mostly tourists and visitors from other countries who work here.

Nearby is Lulu Mall, where there is a currency exchange, shops and a grocery store. You can buy the most necessary things there. It's a long way to the beach. There is a daily shuttle service from the hotel. You can also use the shuttle service of the nearby Novotel hotel. They are picked up from the beach every 3 hours. The transfer is booked in advance at the reception. Towels are also provided at the reception in oh no on the key card. Overall, it's not a bad place. The staff is Russian-speaking and English-speaking. Of the disadvantages, the bathroom has a transparent door that goes to the toilet and to the entrance to the restroom itself. That is, if you want to go to the toilet, you need to close it completely, which is not very convenient when with someone. In the first two days, apparently there were problems with hot water, it was just a little warm when the cool air conditioner and cold water were not the most pleasant. Nice hotel and friendly staff, heated swimming pool. There is also a hammam, sauna and gym (few exercise machines, mostly treadmills). He lived in room 1704 on the 17th floor with a view of the bay.
Of the cons:
- upon checking into the room, I immediately discovered that there were no batteries in the TV remote control. After the reception call, they were brought in about 40 minutes later;
- there were no disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste (after all, a 5* hotel and such...);
- the bathroom mirror was dusty above eye level, which was also disappointing.
Meals: breakfast is served on the 1st floor in the form of a buffet. The menu is quite varied and delicious.

I liked the hotel as a whole. The breakfasts are varied, everyone will find something to their liking, but there was no fish) The room is clean, cleaned every day. There were only a couple of things that I didn't really like: we had a room for three, and towels and slippers were always left for 2, we had to constantly ask at the reception, we asked for bathrobes several times, they brought us only on the 3rd day before departure, and we left the hotel at 4 a.m., we didn't have time for breakfast, They said they would give me lunch boxes with them, and somehow they gave me only 2 again, even though the room was paid for three. Well, there were no disposable brushes and paste in the room, it's strange, even in St. Petersburg they always gave it in a regular hotel, but here in the top five they didn't. The hotel is of a very good standard: friendly staff, cozy rooms, delicious breakfast... but it's not a top five. The top five is where the remote control has batteries and a lid, where the folders with information about the hotel and the table tents are not painted by the children of previous guests, where the dust is removed from all visible places... There was also no mini-bar in the room. Be careful, the Russian union pay could not be accepted, BUT the staff tried very hard to help resolve the issue. Overall, the hotel is very nice. The main really noticeable disadvantage is that walking is very (very) far from the beach, but shuttles run from the hotel, albeit with a limited number of seats.
With all this, I definitely recommend the hotel!

The hotel is super! The food is very tasty and varied. The placement is fast. The rooms are quite large. The linen is new, the furniture is new. We had a rest from December 12-20, 2024. I really liked the hotel! We recommend it to everyone! Food, service, rooms, pool - everything is 10 out of 10. And especially we want to thank Valeria from the reception, a very sweet, kind, beautiful, just wonderful girl who speaks Russian. I checked all the documents quickly, checked in ahead of schedule 10-15 minutes after arrival (we were already at the hotel at 9 a.m.). Thank you so much for solving all the minor issues in a moment. Everyone at the hotel is friendly and not a single question was ignored. Thanks a lot to the chefs and service staff! We will definitely come to you again.

A good hotel, the breakfasts are delicious, although quite monotonous. The dates of the trip are January 26-31, 5 nights is a lot for this city. It's pleasantly cool in the evening, take your pants and sweaters. The tour (flight, transfer, hotel) was released in 63k for two
HOTEL: I'll rate it at 4/5. The room had very low water pressure, the breakfasts were the same every day, and unfortunately, the fruits these days were terrible and tasteless. We paid extra for the view on the 8th floor, the photo is attached. The noise of the planes didn't bother you, so don't be intimidated by the proximity to the airport.
BEACH: Umbrella beach Fujairah. The water is clean, and this is, as we found out, the best beach in the area. It's not worth wasting time on others. I advise you to bring a mask or goggles for swimming — underwater is a real beauty! Turtles, crayfish, schools of fish are just a fairy tale. (Although, I admit, we haven't been to Egypt, so there's nothing to compare it with.) It's all in the rocks on the right side of the beach, it's better to hide from the guards and swim where you won't be seen. There are no sun beds or umbrellas, so be prepared for this. Towels can be obtained at the hotel reception by exchanging for a key card.
The transfer from the hotel goes to 9:00, 9:30, 10:00, Back to 13:00, 13:30, 14:00. It is better to make an appointment at the reception in advance.
A TAXI to and from the beach costs ~15 dirhams, but we also crossed the road. You can catch a taxi at any moment, if you need it. You should not be afraid to work honestly. The landing is 4, the kilometer is 2 dirhams and the minimum amount of the trip is 11.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. In general, we recommend it to anyone who is still thinking about whether to relax here or not.
The breakfasts are excellent, delicious, and varied.
I also recommend lunches, but dinners are not very monotonous, not very tasty, according to the menu.

The hotel disappointed me! My first thoughts were to write a complaint only on the hotel's website, but I got patient and am writing here, I hope I will be useful.
I am an experienced traveler with a lot of experience. There are more than 20 countries and I will not count the number of cities .
I also traveled to the UAE.
I chose the hotel at the 4* and 5* levels. Did not meet expectations ((
1. I ordered an improved room with a surcharge.
The room is not conveniently equipped (I will not write, there are many comments).
2. The pillows smelled strongly of rotten fish, I asked to change them.
3. There are no dressing gowns, z.pastes, brushes, cotton pads.
Gels and shampoos in large jars are fixed to the wall, which is not a convenient design. The shampoo is bad, I think it's the same shower gel.
4. There are few channels on TV, but it didn't matter to me, just in general.
5. The pool is small, there are few sun beds, beach towels often ran out, I had to wait. The hammam and sauna are tiny , for a maximum of 1 or 2 people.
6. The breakfasts are average for 4*. There was not enough choice of fruits, dried fruits, jams and a variety of desserts. There's no PROBLEM with dinners at all! With a small restaurant and an average selection of dishes, in the evening the layout of the dishes is only 1/3. Empty tables, empty restaurant, very little food. We had about 6-8 people at the dinner . That's probably why the kitchen cooks little food . The service in the evening is also poor. No water was served, and no drinks were offered for sale. I had to keep going and begging.
7. There are 2 small buses to the beach, make an appointment in advance at the reception. But, there is a NUANCE! At lunchtime, there are more people returning from the beach on the last flight than they left. And, apparently, there are also people from other neighboring hotels. I didn't want to conflict and find out, I didn't dare to disperse the children, I just had to take a taxi and go to the Hilton for 17-18 dirhams.
I think this is also an omission of the hotel!!!
Some kind of negligence, or something.
8. There is a separate review about Umbrella Beach, read it. There are also many comments and disadvantages.
The issue of holidays in Fujairah is closed.
Dubai is the best so far, and more expensive than Sharjah.

Great hotel. The breakfasts are beyond praise. The rooms are cleaned every day. There is a kettle, cups, glasses, hair dryer, bathrobe, slippers, towels. Coffee, cream, tea, sugar are replenished every day. Minus - there is no place to dry wet underwear and a swimsuit. And Umbrella Beach is not very good in terms of sand and waves.
It is better to go to the beach for an hour by taxi to Sandy Beach. Admission is 150 dirhams per adult. For children, it's just a beach paradise with all kinds of slides and fountains.

- Constant wind at the hotel. The location of the pool is not good, after 14:00 there is no sun + wind, it is very cold, but there is a sauna, you can swim and go straight to the sauna.

Transfer, after this hotel, I realized that I no longer want to choose a hotel far from the beach, walking is NOT AN OPTION. And the transfer is at 9-10 a.m. and back from the beach at 2 p.m., sometimes I wanted to stay longer, but I had to catch a transfer to the hotel. They give out shameful towels, they're small. (The hotel opposite the novotel is nicer, bigger and all the same (they can be easily recognized))
Taxi aggregators do not work here, you need to find a taxi yourself. The price from the hotel to the beach is 500-600rubles. They take you to the beach on an UMBRELLA (it's not bad there, but when we had coffee and everything else didn't work, there's a place to change clothes and rinse, turtles were seen in the corner by the rocks, it's at the very beginning of the beach.
- DON'T TAKE THE DINNERS. Unfortunately, I didn't see that anyone had already written about it. Therefore, we took breakfast and dinner, and were dissatisfied, for dinner there was only water from drinks and little food itself, meat for men was generally 0. Breakfasts are delicious, there are olives, pancakes, delicious chocolate, vegetables, nuts, smoothies, yoghurts, brie/door blue cheese
The distance from Dubai is 2 hours AWAY by bus. We tried to get there on our own by bus e700. Study the information on the Internet.

If you have already chosen this hotel, do not bring it here (shampoo/shower gel/conditioner are very good here (unless of course you have special ones)) there is a good hair dryer, ironing board and iron.
After talking to people on the beach, most of them were from the hotel opposite the Novotel, I would recommend taking a closer look at it. It is CHEAPER and in no way inferior to the Hilton, and in some moments it is even better!
I wouldn't come to Fujairah anymore, it's very boring here, but the beach here is cleaner than in Dubai.

Food is one name, if breakfast still goes nowhere, then lunch is a business lunch in a smoky bar, dinner may turn out to be for you in the lobby of the hotel and this is not a fairy tale. Those who write praises to this hotel are people who bought a tour only with breakfast and have not seen 5 * (there are those who came to this hotel with their food. The hotel provides 0.5 liters of water per day per person. They take you to the beach at 9 and pick you up at 12, or at 9.30 and back to the hotel at 12.30. There is still at 14.00 and a return at 17.00, but if you went early, then you can't go at 14, or pay. The hotel doesn't look much like a Hilton. I would not advise any of my friends to stay at this hotel in Fujairah.

Pros: there is a Russian-speaking staff, a large room, large beds, a good mattress and comfortable pillows, delicious breakfasts (they have already been written about in detail in other reviews), there is a free safe and an ironing board with an iron, tea, coffee, 2 bottles of water are replenished. Good sound insulation between the rooms, sounds only from the corridor, mostly doors slamming loudly.
Cons: there is a small glass partition in the bathroom, all the water is constantly on the floor, there is no normal clothes dryer, there is no balcony, things do not dry, the swimsuit is constantly wet. 1 bedside table for two, which is very inconvenient, there is no main light in the room.
Far from the sea, you can sign up for a bus from the hotel once a day, i.e. you leave at 9 and back in 3 hours, if you want later, then by taxi.
The same daily dinners and breakfasts, and if breakfast is plentiful for every taste, then you can eat dinners, but you can't say that it's delicious.
We stopped by, there was dirt in the toilet on the floor, dust over the bed. Further, it is also unclear with cleaning, then they will put 2 towels, then there are no towels for the feet, cream, shampoo, gel are not poured, I had to ask, no one checks, they constantly put new toothbrushes, while the soap that is required is not put.
They tried to change dinner for lunch on another day, they were not allowed, they said they would leave the box, but they did not leave it. After the proceedings, they were given juice in a glass and a hot dog with chicken and hot pepper in disassembled form. Upon departure, we had to make boxes instead of breakfast, knowing that the flight was at 1 a.m., and it took 2 hours to drive from the hotel to the airport, they said that they had to cook by 22, and we left the hotel at 20:30. In fact, we just missed the paid dinner and breakfast.In general, the service is very lame.
The hotel does not pull 5 stars, a good three is no more.
I would like to say separately about the fun sun tour operator, they waited at the airport for more than 30 minutes, when the others had already left, we allegedly waited for other tourists from our plane, but as a result we left with the train with which we were waiting for the transfer. Next, the guide at the hotel threw off the tour program with incorrect dates of visits and because of this did not get to the flower park, then there was not much interest in us, we had to ask everything in Whatsapp, the first time I encountered this at all. I recommend choosing in advance the company with whom you decide to go on excursions. And the time with guests at the hotel at 15:30 is extremely inconvenient for a meeting.

We had a rest from November 23 to 28, 2024. I liked the hotel, it was cleaned every day. After checking in, they found that there was no hair balm and body lotion. I wrote a note in English, they filled it out without any problems. We went to the beach by taxi, we didn't get attached to the bus, the cost is from 15 to 17 dirhams. There are shopping malls nearby where you can change currency and buy everything! The breakfasts are good, for 4+. You can buy dinners at the restaurant, the cost is 60 dirhams. Towels are provided as a deposit for room cards. There are Russian-speaking receptionists at the reception. I recommend the hotel!

The hotel is wonderful!
We checked in immediately upon arrival at 6 a.m. without waiting for 2 p.m. The staff is very friendly, there is a full, detailed answer to any question in English. Any issue can be resolved in a couple of minutes. There is a transfer to the beach, you need to make an appointment at the reception. The dishes are very tasty and varied for breakfast. We were satisfied!

A great hotel, the food is quite good, varied, but dinners are better than breakfasts. The room had a mountain view, 14th floor, which also added a twist. The pool is not big, but we had a rest in February, there were not many people, you could enjoy the silence and swim in the pool alone. There was not enough animation, there was no animation at all. The beach is beautiful, there is a free shuttle service. The gym is not big, but everything is there. Sauna, hammam are not big for 2-3 people, but for free, which also pleased me. We were satisfied with the rest.

I liked the hotel. The room has everything you need:tea, coffee, sugar, kettle, refrigerator, wifi. There is also a TV, but only local channels are available. I watched YouTube in my free time. The breakfasts are varied, there are juices, coffee, tea, milk or water, mineral or plain. In general, I recommend it.

First, the kettle was broken. Then the air conditioner turned out to be broken, which they tried to fix several times, but could not, it was inconvenient to move (they took 2 rooms side by side to make it easier to interact).
One day we came to clean at 5 p.m., we were sitting without water.

But the staff was very helpful, and they responded to requests for help. Otherwise, everything is as stated.
