I really liked this city hotel. Within walking distance of shops and Manar mall. There is a very comfortable swimming pool on the roof. Transfer to the hotel to the beach every day. The rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is super (scrambled eggs, pancakes, vegetables, fruits, buns, tea, coffee, juices), you will not stay hungry. Very good staff.

The service is good, the food is varied, delicious, a lot, you won't stay hungry. Upon arrival, they give delicious hot oatmeal cookies with chocolate. But the lunch box at the check-out is not very good (sandwich, butter, honey, water). There is no Russian-speaking staff. Communication in English and the staff has a C grade. We lived on the 4th floor, the windows are deaf, there is no ventilation, the laundry does not dry. On the roof (15th floor) there is a swimming pool and a bar. There is a gym, a sauna. There is a bus to the beach from the hotel once a day there at 10 and back at 16. Far away! It takes more than 40 minutes to drive. Well, you can get there by taxi yourself. There is no entertainment for children. The hotel is located in the very center of RAS, great accessibility of shops, shopping centers, pharmacies, an exchange office, banks. A city bus stop is just a stone's throw away. Opposite the hotel is a small park, nice to walk in the evening, there are benches.
In general, you can live if you go on vacation. For those who are fastidious, it will not work.

The hotel does not correspond to either 5 stars or Hilton. Read the new reviews - they are almost all negative. We are now here with a 3-year-old child. It all started with the fact that when we first arrived at the reception they said that they would now take your luggage to the room and you shouldn't worry, as a result we waited for almost an hour and a half! 5 times they called - the answer is 10 minutes. The staff is not friendly and corresponds to a maximum of 4 star hotel. The hotel's infrastructure is worn out and has not been new for a long time. The main thing is nutrition. The hotel seems to be a family-run children's hotel, but the food can be a maximum of 4 stars, and that's a stretch. We just have something to compare it with, we were at another hilton a couple of years ago, also in Ras el Khaimah, well, this is heaven and earth. The most important thing is that the child was poisoned and was sick all night. In the morning I went down to the reception, the supervisor said with a straight face - you have insurance, call. No first aid, no finding out what he ate to prevent more possible poisoning of children, he just feels purple, the feeling that this is not the first time such a case has happened...

We were in this hotel from 02.10 to 10.10.23. I can't call a decent hotel, the windows don't open from the word at all, the rooms are damp, things don't dry after the beach, there is nowhere to dry, ventilation is weak from that and dampness. The kitchen is good, the hotel itself is for a couple of days for those who came on business or shopping. There are a lot of malls nearby, there is an ADIDAS OUTLET, the assortment was decent, a Russian-speaking girl works, she will always help with the choice and size. The hotel has a guide from the FUN SUN guy zavut Mirlan, I do not advise you to take excursions, the prices are crazy and the attention of tourists when visiting objects is minimal, you don't really have time to see anything, cleanly ride, feed, return back. There is a public beach nearby that is not equipped yet, in the process of construction, but it's better to go to a 5-star hotel for the whole day and take a steam bath until 5 pm. I liked the hotel. We were in June 2023. We arrived early in the morning.At the reception we were given delicious livers. We paid extra and immediately checked in. The room was gorgeous.on the 1st floor . From the balcony there is a view of the bay, which was 15 meters from our room. There are pools, but we are not fans of pools. The territory is well maintained. Rooms are cleaned daily. They always ask if we like it or not.How can I help you?
We just didn't like the food. There was no seafood, dry or uncooked beef and ordinary chicken were made from meat.Compared to Turkey, the food is lame.But you won't be hungry. You won't gain weight.
If it doesn't bother you, then you'll like it here.Outside the territory there is a shop in 10 minutes on foot. A free bus takes you from the hotel to the shopping center, which is 10 minutes from the hotel. In the evening, you can walk along the beautiful embankment with children and ride bicycles.There are good playgrounds for children.

Be careful, there are 4 hotels with the same name. We were told that it was a 15-minute walk to the sea, and it took 40 minutes by bus. In the morning at 10 the bus takes you away and picks you up only at 16-30. To get back only by taxi or to sit all day in the heat by the sea. Taxi drivers themselves don't really know which hotel to take you to. The first time we took a ride through all of them, ours turned out to be the last. I really liked the food.

An ambiguous opinion, because there are many minuses, but there are also pluses.
The hotel is VERY tired: constantly something breaks, does not work, the furniture is ill-conceived and clearly outdated.
Minsuy:
Poor food, the same thing all the time, but you won't stay hungry. Many dishes are not updated during the operation of the dining room - I did not have time for the first portion for the opening, then that's it, selyavi. For dinner, ONLY water is included in the drinks.
When cleaning, they can pick up towels, but do not put new ones, they forget to update the portion coffee from the bag, they may not take out all the garbage. The refrigerator is small, barely works, our one stank terribly of perfume. The carpet in the room was stained, the safe broke several times. The windows are dirty, do not open, things do not dry and there is nowhere to hang them at all. There are only a few hangers on a huge wardrobe - it's absurd. The light bulb over the bed didn't work. For the whole number 1 socket with our connector!!! The cards in the elevator are constantly buggy (for everyone).
A bus takes you to the beach at 10.00, but it does not go to the nearest Hilton beach (2.5 km), but to Hilton beach, which is 40 minutes away (30+ km) + change clothes, find sun beds, comes out at least minus 2 hours a day. By arrival, all the sun beds and umbrellas are occupied, the sun is baking. The sand is coarse and sharp, algae in the water. There is nowhere to walk, the public beach is terrible and without amenities.
It's very far to the bus stop, so you can't go to Dubai, but go broke by taxi to the stop. RAK is a village with hotels, which is not designed for tourists - only fields and zero infrastructure.
Positive:
Bath cosmetics of a good brand - gdd, shampoo, conditioner, lotion. They clean every day, make the bed, put 2 bottles of water. Very nice staff in the dining room. The air conditioner works well and does not turn off when you exit. Comfortable pillows, nice bed linen.
On the roof there is a hookah 60aed and a beautiful view of the mountains and the sea.
There are two shopping centers with a large number of shops nearby. A liquor store can be reached on foot.
The cost of living - in hotels on the beach, rooms are 2.5 times more expensive, and you will get the same beach.

We had a great two-room suite. The cleaning is good. The breakfasts are varied. The city beach is a 20-minute walk away, although they write that 30km. 30 km is a free shuttle takes you to another hotel and picks you up in the evening. We went once and preferred the local beaches.
From the roof there is a gorgeous view of the mountains. The pool is very "so-so". But we are not fans of chlorinated pools in places where there is a sea, so I do not lower the estimate)

As for this hotel (city), you don't need to come here. Honestly. I trusted my wife to choose on her own head. This is not a hotel for a beach holiday. We have been to this hotel before, so we chose it again and.... We've checked out. We went with our grandson, settled in a room with two single beds. How to sleep? It's not clear. There were three of us, leaving 2 bottles of water. What a meal. Not much is edible. We took breakfast and dinner. The main disappointment of etl is food. On our first visit to this hotel, everything was delicious. I'm unlikely to come here for the third time, although the location is wonderful.

Settled on 13.012022. Nice hotel, great room with sea view, Wi-Fi catches well. Live music in the evening. For children there is a children's club, a mini disco. The pools are heated. Everything is delicious, varied! The room was cleaned every day, towels were changed, shampoo , conditioner, body milk were proven every day, tea coffee cream is no exception! The fitness room is beautiful, sauna, hammam. The bus to the sea is comfortable, but it takes 30-40 minutes to go, but it didn't bother us.
