It's a good place, I like it. Different pools, "taste and color" as they say. The water is beautiful, the entire infrastructure is well thought out, there is a lot of space, a lot of sun beds and outdoor tables with chairs. In the evening, it's generally beautiful, everything is in bright lights. Clean towels and bathrobes are provided. The only drawback is that cosmetic repairs are already required in many places.

Nice cozy area. The rooms are clean and cozy. I liked the pools. Clean water. There are many pools for every taste. The staff is polite. Of course, some places already need repairs. This is a wish for the administration.
But in general, we were satisfied with the rest.
The Ecopark zone has its own mini zoo. Visiting vacationers with children will really like it.
The area has its own Spa area. Massage. Special thanks to Maria's massage therapist, for her professionalism.
The kitchen is delicious. Everything we ordered was for 5👌🏻. But breakfast wishes are more interesting to do. You can change the assortment. But you won't stay hungry after breakfast, that's for sure.

Two stars for the pool and sauna (there is nothing about the hammam at all). The pools are super, the water is comfortable, everything is clean, the sauna is cool...
Now I'll explain why 2 stars.... The horror started at the entrance. I was shocked by the search at the entrance. I've never felt such humiliation before. And most importantly, they are not searching to find weapons, explosives or prohibited substances.... The goal is to find food and throw it away.
I understand that if they took care of the customer, like they would suddenly bring poor-quality food, and then they would feel bad... NO. Everything is done in order to "suck in" your "sucks." Well, we came to a cafe. The service there is 15%, sorry, for what?! It is impossible to reach the waiter. He comes with a face like we're his girlfriend. They took me away... Salads and dishes for the same taste... After such a service, everything becomes clear. if they are allowed to bring food and drinks, they will never sell their own....
And the prices in the store are generally a nightmare.
Now about the number. They put me in a room, the sewage system doesn't work there. The stink is terrible. Towels and bathrobes look like they are used to periodically clean the floor.

Well, my first negative review of the hotel.
Of the good ones, only the warm pools and the sauna themselves. The water in the pools is from springs, hot, pleasant and does not smell.
But when there is COMFORT in the room at a cost of 45,000 tenge:
1. Does not flush the toilet!!!
2. There is no elementary toilet paper,
3. Only the green liquid from the dispenser is (according to the staff) both shampoo and shower gel,
this overshadows all the advantages.
Everything in the room is shabby and so crooked and oblique that it's just hard to imagine how it could have been done at all. How crooked your arms should be or how much you didn't give a shit about the result.
The bathrobe-towels are already barely alive, far from white, some have brown spots on them.
In general, after such a "rest", I want to run back to the city as soon as possible.

It's a terrible place where they don't think about the guests at all.
You can put up with the shabbiness of the hotel, but this is superimposed on the absolute lack of professionalism of the staff, lack of service and unreasonably high prices.
1. Maintenance. Everything is done as if you owe them something. The pilaf was brought to the bar faster than the drinks were given. It was as if the drinks were being brought from Almaty. They waited for plain water for 25 minutes.
2. Rooms and grounds. Everything is dirty. The pools don't seem to be cleaned at all. The hammam is just a warm room.
Something doesn't work in the rooms: the heating was broken in my room, so it was hot. They couldn't fix it, because the repairmen had gone somewhere. The air conditioning was not working in the second room.
3. The staff. They don't know what customer orientation is at all. The music in the pool area works according to the principle when the DJ remembers it. I am a victim of Instagram - I fell for their content (respect to smm specialists).. Even after reading not the most positive reviews, I decided to take a chance.
In fact, everything is exactly as they say in the negative reviews: ruined rooms, barely alive bathrobes, tasteless food in the restaurant, the territory is dirty, but the pools themselves are clean.
I will not dwell on these points, as much has already been written about it.
They created discomfort for me this weekend:
- you can only pay by transfer or cash at the reception (is this legal at all?)
(I specifically clarified in advance whether it is possible to pay with cards and received a positive response). In a restaurant, the situation is similar - only transfers or cash. In the minimarket - caspi cuar. If you have money on other banks' cards, either withdraw the cash or transfer it to Caspi
- Since they do not allow you to bring food and alcohol with you, there was a hope to have a delicious meal at the restaurant. It turned out to be tasteless, plastic dishes, and all this at an inflated price tag. If you are a vegetarian or a pasketarian, you will have nothing to eat there at all. They didn't bring the receipt or even its semblance! When asked to calculate, they said, "You seem to have 20 thousand there, I'll clarify now," they returned and said, "that's 20 thousand," and gave the number for the transfer.
- Breakfast is not even a buffet, they bring a plate with scrambled eggs, bread, cheese, sausage, sausage and vegetables. Again, vegans, vetetarians, and pasketarians are passing by.

Circuses with animals have long been a trend. And in general, it's kind of strange to see such a knacker's yard if the hotel positions itself as an "Eco".
- A very cool hammam, but there is no shower in the vestibule before entering the zone itself. And there are no showers on site, except in the rooms.
- Lime on the slides (or I don't know what it is) - I attach a photo that will say everything for itself. There were a lot of rooms at the weekend, really, don't wipe this lime before the arrival of the guests, don't wipe the benches by the pools and plastic palm trees.
In general, such a longrid came out. Two stars for the beautiful evening view, clean pools and comfortable beds. I definitely won't go a second time.,

We remove the star from the service, since he is not there - there is a sluggish guy at the reception, somehow he did not come up, but he was lying on the couch in a hundred sticks in the lobby, I approached him and did not look up. We couldn't get through on the highway, the car broke down, we wanted to call a taxi, we didn't get to them 15 km away, so we let them down from the very beginning. I wrote to three Whatsapp numbers, none answered, why do you specify them if you do not answer.
In the evening before going to bed, my daughter, swimming in the pool, injured her leg on the cap of the bolt, I wrote to the administrator, to which he simply got off with an apology and explained that it was necessary to go to the medical center. Or maybe you'd better fasten the bolts or put something between the pools that doesn't injure your legs???? In general, except for verbal apologies, do not count on anything else!!!
I took another star for the room: the water is only cold, the TV is for the interior, non-working, the phone also does not ring before the reception, the toilet stinks from the sewer, mosquitoes bitten all night, I personally got up 10 times and killed 15-20 meeeeel, but annoying Piskunov, specially smeared on the stretch ceiling the blood that they drank from my children. To this day, the bumps in the kids do not heal. And why not put up mosquito nets? There is no bathroom, in the room too, that's why they fly in the same idala! For some reason, when they settled in, they said that comfort and family were under repair, but I did not see any repairs, I specifically went to check. I don't know why they sold us a room in the backyard for 60,000 tenge.

We visited ECO PARK family and, frankly, were extremely disappointed. The price absolutely does not correspond to the quality of the services provided.
Let's start with the “restaurant”, which is more like a dining room, but even for a dining room, the level is just depressing. The dishes are chipped, and there are simply no basic things, such as spoons and forks. When we asked the staff about this, they advised us... to bring our own cutlery. This caused a shock, especially considering that bags are carefully checked upon arrival so that there is no food or the same spoons and forks.
Maintenance is a separate pain. It just doesn't exist. The staff is either incompetent or completely indifferent to the guests. Instead of help, there are only excuses or complete disregard.
The only thing that really brought a smile to this chaos was Arun's parrot. He became the only bright and friendly character in this dreary place.
I highly do not recommend this place to stay if you value your time, nerves and money.

On the first day of my stay, while I was having barbecue and salad, I spent the whole night in the bathroom, I thought it was an accident, but when the same thing happened to my wife and daughter the next day, we just had to go home. Apparently, the sanitation in the kitchen there is not the best (this is also indicated by the hair that was periodically in the plates). The room was severely flooded. All structural elements have lost their original shape. One door won't close (the reason is below). There is a crack above the door, many porcelain stoneware floor tiles are peeled off, moving under the influence of weight. It would seem nonsense, but being barefoot there is a chance to damage your legs. The plumbing is in a dead condition, it keeps its word of honor. The door handles are in the same condition. The front door was vandalized, the lock is for honest people. A partial reason for this horror is revealed if you look at the building from the outside. There is a clear slope of part of the building, an impenetrable puddle near the room. The elements of the facade flew off due to the fracture of the foundation. That is, the building is in a pre-emergency or already in an emergency condition. Perhaps that's why the current repair was simply clogged. And if you consider that the building is heated with warm floors, the owners have no chance of repairing it cheaply.
The sound insulation of the rooms is not available in principle. The rooms are separated by drywall walls. There is nothing further to explain. The staff uses trolleys to transport junk, you will definitely not miss this relocation of junk at any time of the day or night.
The food on order at the restaurant, to be honest, is quite decent, but this does not apply to breakfast. Breakfast, which is included in the price, is the fiercest bottom! There are three options, the last one is not available. The difference between the first and the second is fried or boiled egg, fried or boiled sausage. All XXX. The appearance of the menu raised questions about which pigsty it was used in and for what purpose.
Pools. Everything is good here. The far pool, the one that is the deepest, is filled with water using bypass technology due to damage to pipes in the foundation, due to its deformation. Part of the foundation near the pool is deformed. In the part of the building where there are problems with the foundation, the doors to the pools do not close. Another point, it turns out, is quite acceptable, the unhurried movement of handymen with shovels and in shit boots in the area with pools, where you just ran barefoot. I haven't seen such a collective farm for a long time.

Kazakhstan's Turkey)))beautiful place, clean, nice to be in. There are about 10 swimming pools, lots of greenery, flowers, a hammam, a sauna, slides, a football field, a volleyball net, a swing. Breakfast is included in the room rate. The rooms are clean, they give towels, bathrobes, toothbrushes with paste. The kitchen is not cheap, the taste and assortment are like in a good cafe. The water is the purest. We had a good rest with our family. We recommend it

The pool is dirty, it is not cleaned. Everything is old everywhere and almost nothing works. I don't know what to go there for more than a day. The sauna and hammam are not much worse there. I very rarely or not write negative reviews at all, but yesterday's vacation on February 25, 2024 in Eco park simply forced us to book rooms with access to the pool, and upon arrival we changed our rooms to other dirty rooms, the water in the toilet does not flush, the bed linen is not the first freshness, and the price is the same high We waited for breakfast until almost 10:00 a.m. the waiter walks in outerwear and is unhappy, so we did not want to have lunch there.For the money we paid to sit and beg to be fed properly!!!🤮
The only thing I liked was that there are a lot of pools and that's it.
