I would like to express my gratitude to the employees who are engaged in traffic management in Vitebsk. The traffic lights in the city are set up just perfectly. On a number of routes through the whole city, you can sometimes drive (without exceeding) without stopping at a traffic light. At the same time, the bandwidth of all other directions is also provided, which is amazing for me. It is clear that the work is ongoing. For those who disagree: go to any other region and try to move around the city there - it's just a torment. Returning to Vitebsk every time I rejoice in the convenience of movement. Thanks!

There are many windows for customer service, an electronic queue. They work fast. The license was made and issued within an hour after the request. Great, thanks for the work.
But there is something to fix.
It might be worth organizing pointers to which floor to go for which service, a more detailed description of the services to make it clearer when ordering a coupon. I did not find a bathroom, but sometimes I need it when waiting in line.
