A very good hotel! We rested from 14 to 11/24/24. The hotel building itself is new, the rooms are very cozy. The rooms have everything you need, even a knife (you can peel the fruit yourself). The only thing that confused me was that there are no disposable slippers, as they are given out in many hotels. There will be rubber slippers in which someone walked before you. But that's how I understood it in all of Thailand. There is an umbrella and a beach bag. Also, unlike Turkey, you can't privatize a beach bag for yourself on departure)) Another nuance is that in order to clean the room, you need to press the button in the room for cleaning, otherwise they will not come to your room and they will not give you a daily portion of water either. With our brains relaxed on vacation, we often forgot to press it)) But if necessary, you can approach the staff and ask for water. Beach towels are changed at the reception. Wi-Fi from the hotel catches perfectly everywhere. Breakfast is on the level. Take a look at the rooftop bar at least once - it's very cool there, to go up to it, do not go to the general elevator, but turn left from the reception. The massage parlor at the hotel was also appreciated. The prices are higher than on the street, but the level is much higher for me, it feels like a spa there. Alas, we have never entered the pool during the entire vacation, so Karon beach, which is 5 minutes away from the hotel, is magnificent, the sea is super. Everything is close from the hotel: exchangers, a street with cafes, fruits, sweets. Go to the Reamly seafood cafe in front of the hotel with a view of the lake, there are very tasty seafood and tom pits. We would definitely return to this hotel again, very cozy and match its stars.

We had a rest from August 3, 2024 to August 16, 2024. The room had a second bedroom, the window overlooked the houses of local residents, and a statue of a Large Buddha was visible. Everything is very clean, the room is fresh. They cleaned on demand. The staff is polite and smiling. The laundry is convenient, the staff explained how to use it. The pool is small, but it is convenient to swim when it rains. The sea is 5 minutes away. nearby cafes, mini market, shops, spa. Breakfast is decent, eggs, ham, cheese, croissants, there are fruits, albeit not in abundance, but they are normal. During the early excursions, they gave a lunch box, although they were meager, it was better to buy breakfast in advance. The guide explained everything, was in touch, and helped install the taxi app. In general, if we go back, then here is 100%

We visited this hotel in October. It looks very beautiful, the pink light looks attractive. The room is tiny, with a view of the street, the air conditioning works well, the beach bag and umbrella provided by the hotel for the period of stay helped out a lot. There are no cutlery in the room, there are mugs and a kettle. There are also beach towels, they are changed at the reception without question. I didn't like how the rooms were cleaned, for 9 days it seems that the pastel linen was not changed once, the floors were also washed mediocre, even sometimes they did not pick up what fell from the floor (a piece of paper / mini toothpaste), if you do not press the cleaning button in the room, then no one will come. The breakfasts are quite varied, but there seems to be a lack of exotic fruits. The pool is shallow, the sun beds are right in the water, it's unusual, I liked it.Well, I recommend the hotel, it is good in its price category, for not very sophisticated travelers like us, it does not stink with sewage, sound insulation is not bad, the staff is ready to help, the main thing is that in a 5-minute walk the beach, exchangers, seven eleven and many establishments
