Gurgen is a true master of his craft and a wonderful person! I gave a rather specific traveler Snapdragon Traxe guitar for repair to eliminate rattling in the case and debugging. Gurgen did a fantastic job with these tasks, plus he eliminated a lot of structural defects and gave valuable tips on operation. A great craftsman, artist and surgeon all rolled into one. We made two guitars, tuning and replacing sensors. No complaints, fast, reliable, high quality. If you need to make your guitar somewhere, you definitely need to come here
