There was smoking in the next room (non-smoking floor), ours smelled like a train vestibule, they could not solve the problem for 2 hours from the moment of contacting. Moreover, the smell of cigarettes was recognized immediately. As a result, I had to carry sleeping children to a suddenly found room at three nights (at first they said that there were no rooms). In the morning, move things from the old to the new one, and the cards from the old one were blocked. In short, trash is not the best hotel in Tashkent. They took the money for all this lousy service in full. I was just amazed at this level of service, I have never seen such a shameful hayat anywhere in the world.

The hotel is gorgeous, but I came to a conference and the conference room turned out to suck.
I do not recommend holding events there.
The projector is cloudy, thin and old, there are even spots on the edges of the screen.
The acoustic speakers on the ceiling are just creepy, as they sound like a Samsung mobile phone in early 2000, speakers stand on the opposite wall from the screen and blow sound into the backs of the audience.

Of course, this is no longer a top five, if this hotel was once one. The hotel is already tired, especially as can be seen from the spa hammams, the boards in the sauna are shaking, and the hydro massage is just one name.
I was in December and the room is very cold, the floors are just icy.
A good hearty breakfast is good. The hotel accepts Russian UnionPay cards.

By Tashkent standards, it is a good hotel, mostly guests from far abroad stay. There is a fitness room - it works around the clock - entrance to the hall by room card; there are no Irish and English ales and stouts in the lounge bar, and this is a minus for fans of such beers, in general the hotel is good. Nearby there is Amir Timur Park and Broadway - good places for an evening promenade.

A very nice and sooooo expensive hotel. Pompous hall decoration and expensive renovation in spacious rooms. Nice fresh furniture, expensive plumbing. The staff is polite and attentive. There is a very good Khiva restaurant downstairs with delicious national dishes. There is a parking lot for 15 cars in front of the hotel entrance. If you don't have enough space, there is an underground parking nearby. Nice hotel. I recommend.

I absolutely do not want to even give a single star (((!!! We have never seen such terrible service, such terrible attitude in any Hyatt hotel.
We stayed in expensive rooms, booked two rooms for ourselves and our elderly mothers, in the end what we got....
Upon check-in, and we arrived at 16:00, we were checked in only at 17, the hotel system was allegedly overloaded…
Every evening, going up to our room, we could not open it, and we were always told that the keys were demagnetized, and our keys were both with me and my spouse and lay in different places, why do this is completely unclear ???
There is no cleaning in the rooms completely, used towels are folded and back they put it down, the bathrooms are not cleaned, the bed linen has not been changed for all three days of stay.
In my parents' rooms, they went through the closets.
Well, the last cherry on the cake, we wanted to record the transfer twice, first we paid for it from our room for 4, when we were evicted today, the same transfer was hung up on our parents' number, why such a service ???
Very upset and disappointed in the low quality of service!

I arrived at the hotel earlier than planned - in the morning. The guy at the reception offered me to pay the full cost of the day's stay for an early booking. Although in fact it will take several hours to wait. It seems to me that this attitude towards customers is not the level of Hayat. The impression of the hotel is ruined. If I had known this would happen, I would never have come and chosen this hotel. I understand 50% of the payment, 70% - but not 100. Saddened. I do not recommend it. There was no such thing in any country, and I have been to many places.
