I was with my husband in December 2021, I liked the hotel, I want to come back here) the service is excellent, the staff is friendly, the food is delicious and varied..almost every day there was some kind of themed dinner , different cuisines of the world)) , I read reviews about dirty dishes..I have never seen anything like this at the highest level , especially the waiters in the restaurant, attentive and friendly , no matter what ! from tips, cocktails in all bars are delicious, again, tips do not affect, but I want to thank you for such a service, to be honest. The beach, namely, in Iberostar Dominecana was the cleanest, cleaned quickly and efficiently, in the morning and during the day ( algae ).There are of course some non-gadgets)) , but not critically..our room cards were demagnetized all the time and we had to go to the reception many times!)), but this did not spoil the impression of the rest!There is animation, but we went to the Selection there better) In the photo, the Iberostar Dominecana beach.
Nice hotel! A large, picturesque area! The long coastline. Fine white sand. Palm trees are "Bounty". The beach is regularly cleaned of algae! There are a lot of sun beds! Several large pools. Several restaurants and bars. The food is decent. You can go to themed restaurants by making an appointment in advance. The rooms are clean, they give out a lot of towels. If you like to take a walk after dinner, then you can walk through the territories of adjacent hotels, there are no fences. This is a hotel complex. I also recommend taking a quad bike tour - this tour in close contact with wildlife is unforgettable!
We had a rest in 2020. The hotel is not new, but clean and well maintained. Friendly staff, clean beaches with sun beds and umbrellas.

A fiery vacation in the gorgeous Dominican Republic! The hotel is super, coral level is at the highest level. Seafood is plentiful, fruits, smoothies, desserts for every taste - the cuisine is amazing! The territory is beautiful and clean. The ocean is gorgeous. The villa has a view of the beach and is newly renovated. We really liked everything!
The rooms are shabby, torn mosquito nets, a broken clothes dryer on the balcony. There are no bathrobes and slippers. They cleaned daily, but did not replenish the minibar. The beach is great, the toilet on the beach is clean. The staff is slow and often pretends not to understand what you want. Food is not Turkey, but you will not stay hungry. Many dishes are not clear (5 different salads with pasta). The shows are good. It is better to book excursions from Russia, because this year there is a large tourist flow of Russian speakers and there are not enough guides. The exchange of money at the hotel is bad. We ordered a Mexican restaurant - they took it off without explanation and said that we had not applied. They were the first to arrive from the airport. We had a great rest.

Excellent, varied food. Delicious and high-quality food. In September, there were a lot of fruits, while milking us, mangoes and pineapples were a priority.
Clean, well-maintained territory. Friendly staff. Nice beach, 3 pools. Evening animation will not let you get bored.
We just arrived from the Dominican Republic. We had a great rest, the weather is great, the water is lovely. We had a rest at Iberostar Dominikana Punta Kana, the hotel is excellent, the beach is excellent, food for every taste. The only drawback is whether a midge or a mosquito bites and it itches so much from the bite.

We bought a 400t tour from CORAL, we saw the operator's representative once, the company is terrible disregard for customers, first our paid seats on the plane flew off (like due to a malfunction at the airline, but we'll call the carrier it turned out that everything was wrong, the seats were simply resold more expensive),
Then more representatives of CORAL charged inflated prices for all excursions (not buy from them) horror stories that if not from them, then something will happen to you all lies.

We celebrated the new year 2020 in Iberostar! The staff is polite, the kitchen is 200%, and the New Year's menu was simply bombastic.. pools, ocean, entertainment every day, concerts, circus came to Berena ocean performed..in general, a fairy tale... Thank you for a great stay

We were vacationing with our family for the New Year . The room is old . The bed is impossible to sleep, my husband and I had back pain because of the sagging mattress. The plumbing was leaking . Meal. The cook ruined everything. If only fruits. It is very difficult to feed children. The meat is either dry or with blood. Pasta in all salads, lots of salt. It is impossible to drink coffee in the morning. Alcohol is all cheap. The staff pretends not to understand , everyone needs to tip . A la carte queue to sign up for 30 minutes. The food that was not eaten in the main restaurant . The husband and children went to an American restaurant very seriously. A month ! Restoration! They just moved away . There is no mini disco for children. New Year! A complete failure: a bunch of people on the beach and nothing happens that is stated . We couldn 't make a salute . The hotel is not worth the money spent.

I've been to many iberostar hotels. So this is the worst of them. As of December 2019. The hotel needs renovation. It's hard to find a room where everything is working properly. Then the plumbing, then the air conditioner does not work. It is better to choose neighboring ones. Iberostar DOMINICANa and punta cana are just one hotel.
