Positive emotions began with the first call to the Window Industry company. Kristina, who negotiated with us, is very pleasant to talk to. She quickly made a preliminary cost calculation for us. She explained all the nuances, clarified all our wishes, and answered all our questions. Thanks to her, we were able to quickly sign the contract and schedule the installation before the new year.
Kristina did a great job with our queries in all the windows (layout) – she was able to make the whole layout match perfectly – on the blind windows, on the doors, and on the opening window!
The work of the Industry of Windows team is organized at the highest level! Dmitry, the measurer, arrived at the appointed time, clarified everything, gave recommendations (there were nuances).

We ordered windows in two rustic wooden houses in Stolbtsovsky district (90 km from Minsk), First 5 pcs in one, and after 5 months another 10 pcs in the second (October 2024)
Staff: everything is clear and to the point. There is a payment via the terminal (at first they refused the entire amount through the terminal, but then agreed) They work under a contract, they issue checks.
I froze: Andrey came to us, (for the second time they asked him) he told us everything, suggested where it was better and how to put it, what to choose.
Production: without delay, all within the agreed time frame. The usual window is 14 days. Colored coated for 18-20 days.
Installation: Team No. 7 is above all praise! We also asked them to come to the second order. Quickly, very carefully, without jambs, pedantically, politely.
Windows: there's not much to say here. Without marriage, they stand well, the mechanisms are soft. We immediately took good ones not from the economy class line.
Cons: during the manufacture, the windows were mixed up and they brought us the wrong size. They were temporarily installed by someone else, and after 10 days they arrived and replaced them with the right ones. It was unpleasant, but the company fixed everything, did not hide, did not stall for time.

At the measurement stage, we talked with a master named Peter. I also highly recommend this specialist. Everything is clear, competent, and knowledgeable. A lot depends on the measurer, I recommend it.
Then a team of three people arrived, Evgeny, Sergey and Gennady (7th brigade). We called back beforehand and agreed on the time. You can just admire such well-coordinated and accurate work. 8 Windows were installed in 9 hours! And this is with the careful dismantling of old windows! Considering the difficulty of embedding two windows into the gables of the house, this is just an incredible speed! It is also important that the craftsmen did not leave behind devastation and dirt, cleaning the house took very little time. Many thanks to the Window Industry company for such a responsible approach to work. I highly recommend this company.

There are no questions about the efficiency of installing windows, the date stipulated in the contract is maintained. Regarding going home after installing windows (the window does not close 2 months after installation) for possible adjustment, no one agrees on the date and time with you, you need to leave work / adjust to the capabilities of the organization. The wait may be (due to high workload) up to a month. Based on the results of the specialist's visit, I will add a review.
I add that I did not notice the response of the organization, but I waited for a specialist (though a month later), the person promptly did everything and fixed it, so I will add a star for the work of the person.
