There is a children's 'water park', small, but the children are always happy. There is a shuttle to the sea and other buildings, a free shuttle runs three times a day to three shopping centers in the city. There is a feeling that there is not enough staff, but those who are polite always try to help. If something did not suit, then everything was quickly corrected at the first request. The beach is very large, there was enough space for everyone, everyone cleans the coastline. There are tennis courts, golf, horseback riding, volleyball on the beach, and water activities on the territory. There are restaurants on site, delicious. There are shops in the hotel, with beach accessories, hygiene products, some medicines on sale. I would like to have better WiFi on site. We checked into the room before the official check-in, at 9 a.m., but we could not arrange a late check-out, because there was a full check-in. One of the missed dinners (breakfast + dinner) was postponed to the day of departure and lunch was provided at the restaurant. It takes 30-50 minutes by taxi to the city center (depending on the trip). A good place to relax with children or just who wants to relax quietly and quietly, without the hustle and bustle of the city.

But the all-inclusive program was very disappointing. Everything is so confusing that we figured it out only on the second day, despite the fact that we were there for only 4 days :) sad in general. In our understanding, everything should be much simpler, if you have everything turned on, then these are the things you can do, if you have everything turned on +, then everything is possible. But no :) the system is so complex that even the staff gets confused in it, and does not know what is possible in what is not, as a result, they constantly looked at the room number database and what its residents can do :) the guys have something to work on, of course.
Otherwise, it is far from the water, but there is a shuttle service, it is also far from the city, but there are buses.
We went on a corporate trip, for 4 days, as part of the "all inclusive+".

The hotel is away from the bustle of the city and the skyscrapers of Dubai (about 20 km from the marina and 40 km from the Dubai mall). Pros - it is new, clean water in the bay, good food, its own golf course, an equestrian club and a zoo for children (peacocks, antelopes and other animals), closer to Abu Dhabi, where top excursions take place. Cons - the industrial landscape around (especially if the room does not have a view of the golf course), the view from the beach is spoiled by an unfinished second Palm Tree (jabel Ali) - it seems the sheikh has allocated money and will soon begin to build, the proximity of the container terminal, the confusing food system in the restaurants of the Ja group hotels in this location (there are 3 of them!). You can have breakfast here...have lunch there....there is only within 150 dirhams, there is only with reservations, etc.

The territory is really large, electric cars run through the territory, you can drive to the sea. We have been staying at this hotel for the second year. I consider it one of the best hotels for a family holiday with a child in the UAE. The hotel is calm, quiet, the air is beautiful and Dubai is not far away. Large well-maintained area, good food, drinks. There is something for both adults and children to do.There are more (one) pools.The water park and slides are now for children of any age. Since last year, the staff has hardly changed, familiar faces, familiar smiles. There are new Russian speakers:pretty Camila at the reception is our lifesaver, always friendly and open. Jean is friendly and courteous in the restaurant.
The food has become more varied and tastier, although the chef is the same. Peacocks have understood life and come begging for food at tables on the street and by the pool. Roe deer (or who they are, I don't know for sure) are also active and are not afraid of people, but allow themselves to be considered-there are more of them.
There was no stand for the child to the washbasin.We had to turn the bucket over, well it's rectangular. There is no child seat for the toilet, they were taking it with them. These are such penny things....but for some reason they are not in the hotel.
But in general, as last year, we are very satisfied with both the hotel and the rest.
Minuses: textiles and furniture, furniture and dishes in the restaurant have aged, got dirty and are asking for a replacement.

The hotel is simply amazing!
The rooms are spacious, with all amenities, clean. Cleaning every day, water/tea/coffee and bathroom accessories are renewed.
The territory is clean, well-groomed, green. I run buggies all the time.
The food is the best! Meat, fish!!!, poultry for every taste and color :) side dishes, vegetables, fruits, desserts - there is everything and it's all DELICIOUS! I will separately mention sashimi and oysters.

It is impossible to sleep at night because of the noise. If you ask to change the room with a view of the pool, the surcharge is 20 thousand. The food is good. One of the best hotels I've been to. The hotel is located on the territory of a large complex. There is also a JA BEACH RESORT hotel on it. We initially vacationed at the BEACH RESORT, but we were allowed to change to a room in LAKE VIEW for the night without additional charges and problems. This is the freshest hotel, which has a cool golf club on its territory. The rooms are spacious, a great breakfast and a chic restaurant. There is a nightclub / bar on the roof, but it does not interfere with accommodation. The beach is 2 minutes away by buggy, served at the main entrance every 5 minutes. The staff is very hospitable, they meet and accompany you with coffee, dates and soft drinks. We rode to the beach on the buggy, which is carried every 15 minutes. The ja complex consists of 3 hotels. Ja Lake View is located behind the golf course, 10 minutes on foot to the sea, but there are buggies constantly running, which can take you to the beach.
Among the advantages: a new modern hotel, spacious rooms, restaurants of the entire Ja complex are available, access to a private beach for adults, a walking area, shady courts, a sports center, a stable.
Of the minuses: the opening hours of the children's club. It works until 17 (or 18 hours, I don't remember exactly) and there is a lunch break for 2 hours.

I am disappointed with the changes that have taken place in restaurants and bars. We have been staying at this hotel for 3 years, the sport bar was very pleased with its cuisine. This year we went 2 times and realized that everything had changed, it was not tasty. Ribs that melted last year- it is not possible to eat in this. The Italian plateau (of cured sausages) was excluded from the menu. Barbecue wings are dry and not tasty. That restaurant, which they always tried to get into, became the most unloved this year! I was only pleased with the presence of the former waiters, who are kind and polite.
The DiDi rooftop bar was happy to welcome us with a child last year. This year we came to, we were told that the opening was on November 1, we were served (in limited quantities) and offered to come on November 1. We came on the opening day, and while ordering the menu, the girl who had previously invited us asked us to leave because the child is not 12 years old. We were not warned about this when we were making improvements to our package. Be especially careful with this! All- does not mean everything is included in the usual way! For which we paid extra money! The girl's communication was not polite, and when asked why you had previously invited us if we were with a child, she said that I had to ask you to leave the institution ...

We were offered to send a child to the kids club at 20.00, which works until 18!!!
This is very unpleasant and we were disappointed with the service this year!!!
The sirena restaurant, for which we also paid extra, does not work! And we found out about this after the payment at the reserve!
From the good- since last year, the beach has been improved, splash beach, water slides have been made.
With this attitude, our visit will be the last to this hotel!

A very nice hotel. I would love to go there again. Delicious food, with an extensive bar menu available at all inclusive. I especially liked that there is an adult-only pool. High-quality service. For golf cars that are carried around the territory, a separate big like) And there are peacocks walking around the territory)

Nice, modern hotel. Good food, seafood, sushi, sashimi on Friday and Saturday. Lots of sweets. The only thing that was slightly annoying was the buggy to the beach, sometimes I had to wait quite a long time. I would like to mention the hotel staff, everyone is trying very hard to help, prompt. There is a shuttle bus to the malls, but also by taxi about 90-95 dirhams. Regarding the beach, I read reviews that the water is dirty, algae, etc. - perhaps they have cleared it now, because it was quite comfortable to swim, the water is clean.
