The second time in this hotel, we were in 22 for the first time, the hotel is excellent, the food is above all praise, very tasty, homemade, the dishes are all familiar, without specific additives. Ice cream is served for dinner several times a week. The only thing I didn't like was pancakes for breakfast. And this year there is some kind of problem with the air conditioning in the restaurant, this is of course a minus, it's really hard in the heat...the staff are mostly young guys, smiling, friendly, like bees working very fast. The room is cleaned every day, everything is fine. I think the guests are from all over the world) such a variety of cultures and languages is very interesting. The sea is 25 minutes away at a calm pace . He carries a Shuttle , but it's not a very convenient schedule for me. Especially after lunch, he goes to the sea at two , in the hottest weather , I would like 4-5 hours at sunset , I had to walk. In the evening there are two flights to the center (one way). There is no animation, live music a couple of times a week.

We stayed at this hotel in September 2024, the hotel is 4 stars, the rest was comfortable and wonderful! The staff is polite,friendly, the food is certainly not 5 stars, but varied, you will not stay hungry,desserts are delicious,meat,fish,chicken,turkey,lots of greens,ordinary fruits,apples,bananas,watermelon,melon. A hotel for a quiet, relaxing holiday, family-run. The territory is not large, two buildings, two swimming pools, a bar with local drinks and an elite for a fee. The room was cleaned every day! We were satisfied!!! I recommend it!

I rested there in September 2024, took a standard room. Everything is decent. The food is normal, fresh vegetables, a lot of greens and fruits, fish was often cooked, chicken, meat less often, at the request they cooked an amlet or scrambled eggs in the morning. I can't check out alcoholic drinks, beer is normal, it's nice to be served in glass. There were sweets, but I didn't try them. Check-in is at 14, they did not check in before, the Internet is available only after check-in, it works throughout the hotel. The cleaning is normal, there was also a change of bed linen and towels. They bring bottled water, tea, and coffee to the room. The water in the shower runs perfectly and is perfectly regulated, the plumbing is normal.
The beach is about a kilometer from the hotel, there is a bus. I prefer Cleopatra beach near the mountain, so I didn't go to the hotel.
There is almost no animation in the hotel, there were few Russians.
In general, the hotel corresponds to the declared 4 stars.

A very positive, kind and friendly deputy chef, the waiters are neat, clearly and quickly perform their duties. The location of the hotel is very convenient, you can walk to the beach along the old streets, or you can get there by shuttle. The buses ran precisely on time. At the reception, the young guys are always ready to help and prompt. Everyone says hello on the street. It is very quiet, cozy and comfortable. I advise you to come and relax, you will not regret it. The weather is just a miracle during the day +28-29, water +26 , at night 1+8-20. A fairy tale!!!!

A good hotel, for a solid four. The staff is polite, clean, great location. All the sights of Alanya are within walking distance. The highway is far away, so it's quiet. The room was clean and cozy, it had everything you needed, even a kettle, mugs, tea, coffee and drinking water. The room was cleaned every day and water, coffee and tea were brought.
The food in the restaurant is very tasty (the most delicious of all the hotels that I have vacationed in Turkey) red fish, chicken, turkey, etc. there are a lot of different fruits, as well as ice cream 3 times a week. At the pool from 11 to 17h, local pastries with cheese or meat to choose from were prepared with us, very tasty. The young man who cooks is trying very hard, well done.The staff is very polite and friendly.
The beach is 5 minutes away. driving distance from the hotel. A free bus runs according to the schedule. On the beach, food and drinks are paid. A free bus goes to the city in the evenings (one way), and you can walk back in 30 minutes.
There is free Internet, which is a very big plus.

I know how difficult it is to choose a hotel, so I will try to write a detailed review.
Overall, I rate the hotel 8/10
1. Accommodation. 8/10. We chose a standard room with a balcony. The room is spacious enough, at least 20m2, a wardrobe, a table with a mini fridge, an armchair, a tea table, bedside tables, comfortable light, sockets (!) a bathtub with a comfortable shower area, a sink, a mirror WITHOUT lighting. The floor is laminate and not tile, this is a big plus! Among the disadvantages are hard mattresses. We didn't sleep well for the first few days, until we got used to it. The second disadvantage is that the air conditioner is poorly located in our room - opposite the bed.
2. 10/10 meals. This season, the hotel has changed the chef. The choice of dishes is not very large (2-3 side dishes, 2-4 hot ones) BUT friends, what kind of dishes are these (!!!) lumpy beef is stewed to the point that it melts, salmon steaks, juicy, delicious, chicken rolls, everything is cooked exceptionally tasty! Believe me, I have vacationed 3 times in 4* hotels in Alanya. Among the latest Blue Star, yes, there are 10 dishes, but you won't find meat in the hot there! For 12 days, for example, there was a chicken leg ONCE. The cuisine here is just great. In addition to the main breakfast, lunch and dinner, there is a brunch and lunch after lunch. In general, if nutrition is important to you, this is a great option for 4*. Cheesecake for dessert is simply divine.
3. The beach. 10/10. What can you say about the best beach in Alanya? It's him! Sand, gentle entrance. It was important for us to have free sun loungers and Wi-Fi. And believe me, we still need to look for such hotels where deck chairs and Wi-Fi are included for free.
Of the cons, the beach is 1.5 km away on foot. You won't get much exercise, BUT the availability of a transfer is very convenient, every 10 minutes in the morning and back before lunch. For me personally, the beach itself is more important than the road to it.
4. Staff. 10/10. I also had experience and believe me, there is a real team working here at the hotel. Starting from the reception, where the staff really hears the requests of the guests. The restaurant staff are all well done, the waiters are buzzing like bees, you won't see a single dirty plate, the bartenders are smiling, and the chef is always on duty, always with a smile, in control of the situation. Yes, the dishes are running out (I personally saw how the guests carry plates and mugs to the room, since everything is in the room), but everything is delivered very quickly, tablecloths are changed.
I'm sorry that people give one star because of some private situation, in fact it's the best 4* where I've been (Blue star and Oba Time)
For the sake of adequacy, I will also note the disadvantages that for us personally did not affect the situation as a whole
5. Hammam. 5/10 We took the program for 2 hours. $35 per person. Includes scrub, soap massage and general massage. The scrub and soap massage are quite good, but very fast. I think no more than 15 minutes for everything. Then a short break and we were asked what kind of massage we want weak, medium or strong, We said that we came to rest and asked for a weak one. But for an hour, my husband and I endured pain, a very painful massage. I had bruises and had to drink painkillers at night. According to the time, the declared services lasted 1.15 minutes. The rest of the time we were treated to tea, in fact, after 1.5 hours we were already out.
6. Daily room cleaning is not very thorough)) even despite the tip. But towels are changed quite often.
7. Paid safe. 2€ per day.
What I would like to add
- an iron on the floor would be super
- a small basin in the bathroom too, well, at least something to wash
- the pool is open until 17. I would like to stay longer.

Once again in Alanya. We decided to stay at this hotel. I really liked it, a decent four. The food is good, we took a triple room with two rooms. I liked it, it is located in the third building, there is no noise from the bar and from the road. The staff is hospitable, 90 percent of the hotel is foreigners. Everything is decent. Wi-Fi in the room catches. A free shuttle takes you to the plaza and back, umbrellas and sun beds are free on the beach, which is a huge plus. Walking distance is 400 - 500 meters. In principle, not far away. It's a kilometer and a half to the center. If you are not used to walking, it will be hard. There is a fish market around the corner and a city market on Tuesdays, convenient. Tuborg beer at the hotel, Ephesus is still better, but it's subjective. In general, I advise the hotel, shall we go again? At a price-quality ratio, yes.

The hotel is not for young people (it will be boring)
Of the entertainment, there is only 1 water slide and that is more like a children's one.
Animation for 10 days was 3 times in total, but boring. A la Turkish dances with the audience dressing up in all sorts of costumes, well, this ... for 45+ will probably go…
The food is ordinary, not poisoned.
There were not enough delicious fruits (mostly melon, but green, not ripe, the same not ripe and sour tangerines, delicious grapes) and seafood was not enough (red fish was only for dinner).

A three-star hotel, no more. The territory is very small, there are a lot of people, it is crowded. It's not safe to swim in the pool. The bed linen is old, the towels are grey. There are a lot of smokers by the pool.We went to the beach only twice, there was no water in the showers, it was impossible to rinse after the sea, because of the lack of water, the toilet on the beach did not work either. 6. The pool is clean, the temperature in it was optimal, at 35 degrees of air, it was fresh, but not cold
7. Beer and wine are poured in the bar as many times as you approach the bartender. Bartenders work very fast.
8. After lunch, the baker works, cooks quickly, a lot
9. Our shower stopped working, they said at the reception, a plumber came to our room after 20-25 minutes, did everything, the shower started working
10. On the beach with number 6 there are free sun beds, guards pour water on the sand so that it is not hot to walk and pour on your feet and body with a hose, you can also come up to rinse your feet from the sand. If they see that you are pulling out an umbrella to move it, they will always help, ask where to put the umbrella and do everything
11. The rooms are clean, but if you stop putting the minimum tip, then maybe it's not clean, I experimented and put 10 lira, it's 30 rubles for our rubles, we were very loved for it, they washed not only the room, but also the balcony, made various shapes on the bed of towels

I want to write my review about this hotel. We rested from 14.09 to 21.09.2024
The first thing that pleased us very much was that we arrived at 9:00 and were immediately checked in, carried a suitcase to the room.
I liked the room as a whole, small but cozy, the safe service is paid.
The only disadvantage is cleaning, the floors were not washed from the word at all, the balcony was not cleaned, sometimes the bed was not even made. 2 bottles of water were brought every day. Shower gel and shampoo every day.
I really liked the food, but there are not a lot of dishes, but everything is very tasty, fresh, meat, chicken, beef, turkey, fish were given every day. Lots of fruits and desserts. We even gave sushi once, they are of course very different from ours.
Animation took place twice in the evening.
The hotel is located almost in the very center, you can walk to the beach in 10 minutes, but there is a shuttle, we love to walk and walked a lot. In general, Alanya is very beautiful, mountains, sea, sandy beach, stunning views. I advise everyone to visit Alanya at least once.

16 мая 2023г-последний день прекрасного отдыха. Персонал приветлив и доброжелателен, на рессепшине Зейнап- умница красавица с прекрасным русским языком, по любому вопросу-улыбка и быстрое решение. Питание-разнообразное, были мидии, устрицы, говядина, рыба и курица каждый день, МНОГО овощей и фруктов и прекрасная турецкая выпечка. Уборка в номерах каждый день. Рынок рыбный, овощной в 7мин ходьбы. Пляж Клеопатра-отдельная песня- вода изумрудная с белым песочком, шезлонгов с матрацами и зонтов хватает на всех с избытком, обслуживающий персонал помогает передвигать зонты и следит за чистотой , доставка транспортом отеля бесплатная, пешком 15-20мин. Городской отель-это возможность пеших вечерних прогулок в Алании. СПАСИБО, отель рекомендую!

We rested together from October 11 to October 20, the weather was very warm and comfortable, the water is also lovely.
The hotel is good. Of course, if you have previously vacationed in 5* hotels, you will see flaws everywhere, but the overall impression is good.
This time, we did not buy the tour, but independently booked a room on the official website of the hotel (500 € for 10 days, standard room), direct flight tickets from Moscow to Alanya (63 tr. for two there and back. Caught a 20% discount on international flights from Victory).
Gazipasa Alanya Airport has a small Duty Free shop in the arrival and departure halls. When flying home, my wife bought 1L Irish whiskey for 26€ (the label says Product of Ireland). Arriving home, I looked at the price of the same whiskey, the price is similar if translated into euros.
Separately, I would like to say about the transfer from the airport to the hotel. I read a lot of reviews about ordering a transfer and realized for myself that it is not very expensive and the most reliable way is to order through the hotel, which cost 80 € round trip.
Next time, if we go to Alanya again, we won't come back here, maybe we'll try Ramira Joy Hotel (more positive reviews).

Отель отличный, оправдывает все свои заявленные 4⭐, номера свежие, уютные, просторные, всё в рабочем состоянии, сейф есть платный, пользовалась им с удовольствием, обошёлся мне в 600 с копейками рублей на 6 дней, убирают каждый день, персонал весь приветливый, кто-то лучше, кто- то хуже говорит по русски, на английском отлично все разговаривают и понимают, питание разнообразное, вкусное, очень много блюд к выбору, мороженое несколько раз в неделю, фрукты, овощи, сыры и оливки мои любимые, очень вкусно всё было. Бассейнов несколько, не подогреваемые, в прохладную погоду не комфортно, пляж рядом, ходит автобус по расписанию, пешком действительно 15 минут не торопясь. Рыбный рынок рядом, отличные продукты, фрукты, ресторан в котором могут сразу приготовить купленную вами рыбу или морепродукты. Пляж очень чистый, шезлонги зонтики всё есть, пнсонал работает отлично, помогают с зонтами, приносят напитк и еду. Несколько дней в конце отпуска были прохладные, попросила одеяло тёплое, мне дали. 30 мая был мой день рождения, я уехала утром на экскурсию, по возвращению меня ждал в номере подарочек, лукум с ароматом роз, очень необычно и вкусно, незабываемо, а также магнитик с отелем. Было очень приятно.

Отель просто шикарный, еда разнообразная и очень вкусная, каждый день что-то новое, овощи и фрукты свежие, выпечка ароматная и свежая. Условия проживания на высоте, услуги и обслуживание персонала 10 из 10. Если буду ездить в Аланью, то буду останавливаться только здесь)

В этом отеле отличная кухня и еще хороший плюс - бесплатные лежаки и зонтики. Питание действительно неплохое. Каждый день разные виды мяса, рыба, фрукты, мороженое через день, мёд с сотах, вкусные пирожные. На пляж и обратно возит автобус по расписанию. Территориально далековато от моря, утречком не сходишь перед завтраком искупаться -далеко.
Пляж 15, вход песчаный, плиты не замечены. Там где лежаки пляж убирают, на территориях между номерными пляжами грязно: пакеты, пластиковые бутылки, косточки от фруктов.
Мне достался номер без балкона, что очень меня растроило, приехать на море и негде сушить полотенца и купальники - это не дело. Эконом номер такой. Доплата за номер с балконом за 10 ночей 80$ - почти 8000р - это столько не стоит. Сантехника в номере хорошая, белье подуставшее, особенно наволочки - серого цвета, я даже подумала, может их и не меняли после предыдущих гостей...Это не понравилось. Кондиционер включается только при закрытом окне. Ночами очень жарко, спать с ним невозможно, дует на кровать, некоторые соседи спали на балконе)
Из номера вид красивый - пальмы, горы, футбольный стадион, дерево с плодами и окна соседнего корпуса. Балкона не хватает.(
Перед покупкой тура рассматривала 2 отеля с хорошим рейтингом - этот и Лонисеру сити, этот был дешевле, но лучше бы поехала все-таки в уже проверенную Лонисеру.

Плюсы: еда и спа. Персонал. Есть вечерний автобус в центр.
Минусы: полчаса пешком до моря, хотя при покупке тура заявлено было десять минут. Насекомые в номере (каждое утро новые укусы). Миллион шумных алкашей-поляков, находиться на территории у бассейна невозможно от их галдежа и сигаретной вони.
За горячим постоянно очередь. Воду через день забывают ставить новую в номер, а если ставят - то одну бутылку вместо двух, приходится просить.
Выбросили контактную линзу, лежавшую на столе (новую, в упаковке). Правда, потом вернули (вот интересно, в помойке искали?..)
Отельный пляж за номером 15 - отдельное разочарование. Песок с окурками, огрызками, прочим мусором. Лежаки вплотную друг к другу, персонал запрещает их двигать. Людей какое-то адское количество, вместо спокойствия и релакса - вечный ор, польские алкаши и прочая дрянь. Чудесатые руссо туристо спокойно дают ссать свом детям прямо на пляже. (Туалет в 100 метрах, платный, но чистый.) Бродячие собаки дополняют картину. Море постоянно в бензиновой пленке, вечно плавает мусор и пена из грязи.

В целом хорошее соотношение цена-качество. Хорошее питание, но приходится стоять в очереди за горячим, благо она двигается быстро. Всегда есть форель и говядина. Неплохие напитки в баре для этой цены.
Из минусов:
1. Проверяйте категорию номера при заселении. Нам хотели подсунуть базовый вместо большого. 2. Пляж далеко а трансфер ходит редко и неудобно.

Отель просто замечательный. Еда вкусная, разнообразная, мясо, рыба, много фруктов, выпечки, мороженое. Уборка в номере каждый день, полотенца пляжные есть. До моря пешком минут 15-17. И замечательный пляж Клеопатра. Но считаю главным достоинством этого отеля персонал. Люди профессионалы, на своём месте. Это душа отеля. Зейнаб на ресепшене свободно говорит по русски, поможет по любому вопросу. Всё ребята на ресепшене отзывчивые и приветливые. Повар Хасан это просто чудо. Ни разу за 12 дней нашего отдыха не было невкусной еды. Сам встречает гостей в ресторане, всегда с улыбкой и позитивом. Официанты в зале отдельный разговор. Убирают и приносят всё незамедлительно. Отдельное спасибо Махмуду, кроме своих обязанностей, это просто талантливый человек. Как он поёт, танцует. Девочки горничные убирали всегда хорошо. А какие фигуры они нам выделывали из полотенец!!! Отдыхали сентябрь-октябрь 2022г. Отель превзошёл наши ожидания. Отель городского типа, но 3 раза в неделю есть анимация. Питание отличное, алкоголь достойный, персонал дружный, внимательный. Номерной фонд свежий(не ушатанный, как у отелей на первой линии). До моря 10-15 мин, неторопливым шагом, для нас это плюс, так как хотелось пройтись, но ходит шатл на пляж 15, но мы ходили на 7 или 1 пляж. С удовольствием бы вернулись ещё раз в этот отель. И цена -качество очень радует, если сравнивать с первой линией, разница в 100т.р.

Всё было отлично, нажал ребенок случайно, прекрасное обслуживание, внимательные и вежливые сотрудники, всегда подскажут, если возникают какие то проблемы. До пляжа с удовольствием ходили пешком, и вечером много гуляли каждый день. Питание тоже было на высоте, каждый день на обед рыба, курица, разнообразные овощи и фрукты, днём стряпали лепёшки, в полдник огромный выбор пирожных, печенья, а в течении дня можно выпить чашечку кофе или чая. Хотелось бы приехать ещё раз на отдых.

Твердая четверка, в стиле турецких отелей. Много с детьми. До моря далеко, спасает отельный автобус. Питание отлично! Есть в этой сети другой отель, ненамного дороже но на мой взгляд лучше в несколько раз. В общем цена-качество

The hotel is gorgeous. The food is delicious and the staff is very friendly!
I want to appeal to people who write "far from the sea", you read on the site how far to the sea! And there is a free shuttle service to it that runs at a convenient time!
And bad reviews, in my opinion, are written by those who have a bad day because they have been at the hotel for the second time and went for a month. Everything is gorgeous! There is also a bar where you can take soda in unlimited quantities for free 🥰

We had a rest from August 4 to 12. Number 1212. Cleaning daily (I don't understand who wrote that they didn't change the linen and didn't clean). Water 2 bottles of 1.5 liters each, daily, free of charge. The food for 4 people is excellent. There were queues, you can't argue with that, but it's high season. Everyone had enough of everything. The only disadvantage is the remoteness of the beach (but this has nothing to do with the hotel, because it is stipulated on the website) I enjoyed my vacation, if I return to Alanya, then to Ramira. Thanks to all the staff who made our stay comfortable.

Провела 11 дней в этом отеле в октябре 2022. Первое впечатление было классное: отличная кухня, очень разнообразное меню, приветливый персонал, уборка каждый день, до моря далековато, но от отеля регулярно ходят на пляж бесплатные автобусы, бесплатный wi-fi на территории и в номере. Жить там было очень удобно. НО. В первую неделю отдыха купили сувениры. Пакет стоял в уголке (в ящики прикроватного столика не поместился). За всякими экскурсиями внимание рассеялось, и то, что этот пакет пропал, обнаружили в последний день при сборе чемоданов. Сувениров в нем было на 1,5 тысячи лир. И разумеется никто из персонала не признался, что утащил пакет из номера. Восстанавливать справедливость времени уже не было, успела только купить повторно одну из утерянных вещей, на остальное пришлось махнуть рукой. Очень обидно, сильно испортили впечатление об отдыхе.

well , what can I say , if you do not rest against the first line , there is a mood to walk , then this is an awesome offer in terms of price - quality ratio , there is a fish market nearby . Quite comfortable rooms - well, of course, the audibility of the neighbors does not please :) . The kitchen is excellent , the bar ... Well, I've seen worse and worse. The pool - well , if only in the morning . In general, if at sea, then it's not your choice, if the food is not so often, then super.

На давленый момент находимся здесь!Отель прекрасный для городского,питание,обслуживание выше всех похвал,напитки разносят,территория чистая,не каждая 5-ка таким может похвастаться!Да от моря не близко,есть шатал,но мы ходим пешком не торопясь, засекли 17 минут,растрясти шведский стол самое то 😁Русский понимают,всем помогают,русскоязычных мало,в основном немцы.Наверное лично для меня маловата территория ,но это городской отель,поэтому это уже прям придирки.Уборка в номере каждый день,иногда мы отказывались.Пляжные полотенца в номере присутствуют.Общее впечатление на 5+!Отдельное спасибо Зейнеп и Фариху(ресепшен).А еще там много милых котиков ❤️

Были в июле 2023 года. Еда вкусная, разнообразная, каждый день была красная рыба. Но единственное, что от чешуи ее никогда не чистили.
Развлекаловки 3 раза в неделю, но одна из них это дичь полная. Показывают куртки кожаные на своих моделях, говорят цены- вот тебе и развлечение на вечер. После этой рекламы- мнение об отеле упало сильно. Причем этот показ курток был 3 раза в разные дни ( мы видели 2 раза и мама в свой отдых, т е это не единоразовое "представление"). Подобных "ШОУ" никогда и нигде не видели по отелям Турции, поэтому были неприятно удивлены :)
В один из последних дней произошел конфликт с сотрудником на ресепшене. Разговаривал высокомерно и так, будто это его отель, а я тут на халяву приехала. Считаю, что такого хамства быть не должно.
За 2 недели нам ни разу не помыли душевую кабинку, к сожалению.
Мы заехали в отель, как молодожены, писали несколько раз, что мы молодежены, в том числе и перед заездом в отель. Итог: они забыли об этом и ничего не сделали. И кровати были отдельные. Мы ушли на 40 минут из номера, чтобы они все подготовили. Поставили небольшую тарелку фруктиков, маленькую бутылку вина и красиво украсили номер. Спасибо)
Если не учитывать эти нюансы, то отель твердая 3, но не 4. Еда очень понравилась нам, было все супер. Бармены классные, молодые ребята. Особенно сдружились с барменом Муратом. Добрый парень.
Русскоязычных в отеле не так много, больше иностранцев. Территория у отеля не большая, я бы даже сказала, что маленькая.
Навряд ли мы вернемся в этот отель еще раз, лучше другое что-то выберем. А так отдых прошел отлично, в целом, остались довольны.

Пишу отзыв, чтобы вас оградить от разочарования. В этом отеле были 7 ночей.
1. Огромный минус он далеко от моря. Если идти, то виды ужасные. Стройка и мусор. Автобус ходит из отеля до пляжа, но он переполнен постоянно и очень старый.
2. Номера норм. Бассеин тоже. Но мест меньше, чем жителей и на много. Иностранцы постоянно там и все курят. Неприятно.
3. Ресторан маленький для такого количества людей.
4. Плюсы ресторана : завтрак норм, фрукты хорошие, есть мед в сотах, гарниры хорошие и мясо( 2 вида).
Рыба бывает, но она не вкусная, мидии давали ( запах кошмар был), креветки есть невозможно).
Отель совсем не советую. Общались с пару семьями из офиса и Польши, они очень расстроены что приехали отдыхать сюда.
Мы сегодня переехали в отель этой же сети ramira joi.
Вот это хороший отель. Номера супер, еда вкусная, Бассеин хороший ( тёплый) . До пляжа идти 10 минут мимо ресторанов и магазинов.
Чтобы не портить отдых не берите Kleopatra ramira
