Equipment is top notch. Service is below zero. This place is mostly for entitled people who can take private lessons. Pilates Allegro is impossible to book. Mobile application is cheap and not functioning. Any suggestions are denied by saying “ our valued customers didn’t approve” - even though I am actually a full year member. It’s insane. So much potential , but ruined by narcissistic approach to business. Unfortunate, indeed.

I have been a member of the club for many years. In my opinion, the best club in the city. The simulators are good. There is a swimming pool, Jacuzzi and saunas. But some sections are difficult to enroll in due to demand. The showers are clean and the changing rooms are well ventilated. Towels are always in abundance. For the body, face and legs. Friendly coaches will always help with advice. Director Valikhan has picked a good team.
