The staff chat, from 7 a.m. to late at night in touch. All questions can be asked. Wi-Fi access, which is very convenient.
I would like to add hangers and drinking water when checking in.
I do not recommend this agency and rent an apartment on Chervyakova Street 2/4 kv 66. The smell will overtake you in the hallway, in the apartment itself there is a disgusting smell everywhere (the furniture in the kitchen stinks, it stinks very much in the bathroom and toilet, well, cats most likely lived in the room, who urinated everywhere). The bed linen for the second tourist was hanging drying on the balcony and it was impossible to make it, it was wet. They put one towel on it. The floor is very cold everywhere, especially in the bathroom and toilet, no towels for the feet, but it's tile!!!! A huge "fur coat" is frozen in the refrigerator. The washing machine has never been dried -the stench and mold! There are no garbage bags - guests can buy them themselves. The agency itself is located far from the apartment. You cannot leave your belongings at the check-out, as in a hotel, before the train, you will have to carry them with you. The cost is high -6,000 per day. Check-in after 14, check-out before 11. At the hotel, you will be fed breakfast and the garbage will be taken out and towels will be changed and slippers with shampoo will be put. In general, I do not recommend this apartment and the agency categorically!!!!
The site contains photos of magnificent apartments, in fact, they are inhabited in junk. A "deputy director" was sent to the claim, who said in a white eye that this was not our mistake, we do not have such an apartment with such photos at all, it is not ours (such an apartment is on their website). And then she said that she was only responsible for cleaning, but even here there was something to show - white socks turned into black, since the apartment was not cleaned. Naturally, there were excuses: recently new girls began to clean here and have not yet been trained, and so on, it was instead of a cleaning offer.
We wanted to cancel the reservation and move in, but we had a late check-in, and there were no other options left in the city (high season and weekends).
They began to demand a discount, as a result, instead of 796 Belarusian rubles, they paid 700. An inadequate discount for so many significant differences in housing.
We tried to solve the problem with OZON, where the reservation was made, but they refuse, referring to the fact that we checked in, and the place of accommodation refuses compensation, since they settled in the apartments that we booked, and in general, we had, literally, a beautiful view from the window.
result: Do not use the OZON website and do not book accommodation with these guys. If absolutely necessary, ask for a photo of the apartment in which you will actually be settled. In general, it turned out that the discrepancy between the photos displayed on the booking sites and the real accommodation facility is a common practice in Minsk.
