It's terrible!!!! We ran in with the kids today. The children refused to eat after the first spoonful. I decided to try the children's food - and now I regret that I didn't spit it out!!! Now with poisoning.

We took fruit drinks, kebabs, fish cutlets, French fries and rustic potatoes. And latte coffee (very bitter and not latte at all). The fish cutlet tastes like earth, like moldy bread. Literally everything is bad:cold food that tastes sour, rude staff (I don't blame them, probably the attitude towards them is not very good), even terrible restrooms, lack of appliances, napkins. I can't judge the prices, because it's not local, whether it's expensive for such "quality" or it was worth waiting for, but I would have paid a little more gladly if the place was more causal. Lunch is ruined, each of the four dishes was terrible, just every one.

Неплохой интерьер. Хороший, вежливый персонал. Приятные цены. Вкус еды (чахохбили, драники в горшочке, котлета под шапкой из картошки и яйца) не на высоте, дёшево и сердито. Правда, я в добавок получил ещё "бесплатное приложение" - пищевое отравление) еле добежал после трапезы до спасительного туалета, так сказать, пробило днище моего корабля) Без такого происшествия, оценил бы это место на 4 балла и пришёл бы ещё.

Удобное расположение,много посадочных мест.Обед на двоих нам обошёлся в 25 белорусских рублей.Считаю это очень дёшево.Все вкусно и разнообразно.

Please note that this is the heart of Minsk, the Capital shopping center!!!
And the establishment is like a cheap canteen, only the prices are like in a restaurant. Service- if you're lucky, it's called.
The menu contains dishes that are not there!!!
How so! Shopping center, people get tired, they want to eat, and instead of good food, they are given it!!!
They will eat it, there is no alternative!!! So maybe.
Why so?!?
I hope that the situation will be corrected as soon as possible, otherwise it's a shame for the Capital!!!

Очень классное место в центре города, где можно очень сытно поесть и заплатить за это не большие деньги. Порции очень большие. Разнообразие ассортимента впечатляет. И режим работы даёт возможность не остаться голодным даже вечером.

Еда вкусная, НО... Приборов не было, пришлось бегать по залу, искать приборы на других кассах, через полчаса (что мы были в кафе) приборы так и не принесли. Туалет. Это просто треш! Работала только одна кабинка. Такое ощущение, что туалет не убирался неделю! Неприятно. Желания туда зайти ещё раз нет. :(

Зашли поужинать перед поездкой.
В кафе обновили мебель что очень хорошо.
На этом плюсы закончились (
Еда ужасная на вкус и холодная как из морозилки.
Выдача работает как сонные мухи.
А сотрудники на кассе это отдельный вид искусства.
Такого наплевательского и небрежного отношения к гостям не видел давно.
Понятно что не ресторан 5 звёзд,но общение с гостем как будто он задолжал вам денег мне кажется неприемлемы.
Больше в данном заведении денег не оставлю.

В принципе, покушать в данном заведении недорого. Из сладких десертов тоже выбор есть немалый. 10 сентября примерно в 15:30 я зашла в кафе Мастро которое находится в торговом центре Столица, чтобы купить себе сладкий десерт. Дверь в кафе Маэстро была открыта, я поэтому зашла в кафе, непосмотрев, что с 15 до 16 часов в данном кафе технический перерыв. Работник мужского пола сообщил мне, что они пока не работают. Я ему ответила, что если они не работают, то чтобы в это время закрывали двери в кафе. На это мне работник ответил, чтобы я была внимательной и читала расписание на дверях)) оказалась, что я осталась ещё и виноватой за то, что при входе в кафе не прочла расписание.

Ноль звезд , сервис - мимо , еда холодная вся! Гуляли с семьей в ТЦ СТОЛИЦА , зашли перекусить , дети решили зайти помыть руки - ЭТО ПРОСТО ЖЕСТЬ ! В туалет не зайти , нужна хим защита наверное , или бессмертие , мусорки через верх , вонь нереальная . Много столов где могли сесть вчетвером , но они все не убраны , на них остатки от еды других посетителей , с трудом выяснили кто должен убирать это , но не дождались и убрали сами один стол , напомню что это ТЦ СТОЛИЦА , самый центр города . Еда что то можно было конечно есть , но с трудом . Посуда вилки ложки в жутких разводах . Персонал еще бы чуть чуть и послали бы нас . В общем ЖУТЬ

Плохоее качество еды за овер ценник. Невкусно: пересолено,соки овер сладкие, брала салат из морской капусты - на вкус сладко-солëно-уксусное нечто, горячее как будто не первой свежести. Персонал некоторый хамоватый. Раньше это было отличное кафе.За последние 10 лет заведение угробили. Интерьер обновили,еда просто ужас.Ешь и только думаешь "хоть бы не отравиться". Не рекомендую!

Интерьер не плохой, честно говоря очень жалко потраченных денег, салат был тухлый, еда вся холодная, что понравилось только вода с лимоном вот за это я рад, просто кофе попить можно, но не хотелось тратить своё время на это заведение!

Хотелось бы поставить минус звёзд… жалко потраченных денег и времени. Не так уж и дёшево, за залежавшиеся салаты и холодную еду… перед подачей ничего не подогревают.. десерты все засохшие. Оооочень все не вкусно и противно. Чизкейк из творога с комочками, торт сникерс еле разломили🤦🏼♀️ и вилок не дождешься.. ели ложками. Враньё, что выпечка свежая! Не заказывайте!

В моём рейтинге столовок дно пробито этим заведением. Вся еда о том как испортить продукты. Цены уровня нормального кафе в городе. По части персонала не хватает только уборщицы, которая будет всех гонять шваброй, потому, что остальные элементы совка есть

Вроде бы меню не плохое, но... На кассе, при расчете, либо программа дала сбой, либо кассир ,но два раза при расчете посчитали карт.пюре, плюс салат за 108 гр." Собери сам", слишком дорого касса насчитала.. кассир, конечно же,исправила и деньги 2.50 руб., за вторую порцию отдала, но следующий раз я буду внимательнее и придирчивые. Поменяли мебель в зале, что приятно. А вот туалет ужасно грязный. Стенки в кабинке грязные, обмазанные (это конечно же такие не аккуратные клиенты),но двери видно, что не ухоженные, туал.бумаги не было. Мусорки забиты бумагой. Впечатление осталось не очень приятное.

Не уютно, салфеток на столах почти никогда нет, еда дорогая, салаты пересолены, десерты приторные, часто попадаются волосы в еде (в частности в котлетах) и в связи с отсутствием альтернатив поблизости очень дорого.
