The staff is pleasant, but the waiters are very unhurried, you can sit for 15 minutes from the moment of boarding, but no one will come to order, you need to call!) They also constantly forget to bring something - lemon, water, a blanket, etc. You can also sit for a long time with empty dishes placed all over the table, sometimes there is nowhere to put something even, while the waiters will clean the next table, at which no one is already there. But sometimes they do well, everything is clear and prompt. It's basically a weekend experience, at noon. Now I'm sitting in an institution, and even at the next table, people are upset that they have been waiting for everything for a long time.

We went to this institution, because there were a lot of empty seats. We sat down at an empty, unreserved table, waited for the waiter for about 10 minutes, but without waiting, we asked for the menu ourselves. Next, a girl, most likely the receptionist, came up to us and said with a haughty look that this table was reserved. Although there was no "reserved" sign on this table. We were disappointed with such disrespectful attitude and low service level.

After that, they promised that everything would be brought in 5-7 minutes. 15 minutes passed, after which we got up and left. After that, the useless administrator could be heard mumbling with unnecessary apologies for the spoiled breakfast. There was no breakfast, the staff simply does not know how to work. Don't go there!
