I had a rest at the mini-hotel Abkhazia in August 2024. What can I say about the hotel itself, despite the rather old year of construction, its territory, lobby and room are clean and tidy. The reception staff is friendly, explained everything, told where Everything is. A deposit of 2 tr is charged upon arrival. It is refunded upon departure. Check-in takes place at 14:00, but if it is possible to check in earlier, you need to pay 150 rubles for each hour. Now as for the room: it is clean, there is no dampness, mold and insects. There is a TV, air conditioning and a safe. Everything is in working order. Upon request, the reception kindly provided a hairdryer for the entire stay. There is also a dryer in the room with a balcony. So towels and a swimsuit are always somewhere to dry. There is a refrigerator, but it is shared on the floor, located in the hallway. There is also a water cooler and an ironing board with an iron. The hotel is located on the second line, 5 minutes from the beach. There are a lot of cafes, restaurants, shops nearby. There are also a lot of points where excursions are offered. There is an amusement park next to the embankment. In general, the Abkhazia hotel is a great option for budget outdoor activities!

We had a vacation in August 2024, we had 3 families. Accordingly, we rented 3 different rooms. We arrived early, as the train was in the morning. They refused to check us in, although the rooms were free. They demanded an extra charge for every hour of early check-in, so I had to sit with the children at the reception desk in the lobby. In two of the three rooms, the air conditioners did not work well, and in one of the rooms, 3 days before the eviction, the air conditioner stopped working altogether. The Internet was connected only in the common corridor, the TV on the second floor in the room was turned off only by a button and one channel was working. The water in the shower did not drain well (2nd floor). The balcony door in the third-floor room opened only if it was lifted. The safe wasn't working at all.The receptionist, Amina, generally behaved rudely, did not want to refund the deposit until we left the hotel, although she checked the room an hour before our departure.

A good hotel, located in a convenient location, everything is nearby: the beach, shops, bus stop. Of the advantages, there is a water cooler. Of the disadvantages - the refrigerator is not in the room, but on the floor is shared, ants.
