The place is not bad, I liked the atmosphere, the girl employee with an amazing voice sang karaoke songs, you can sing yourself, I didn't really like the food, the prices for snacks are exorbitant, but the main dishes are normal, and salads too. I was on New Year's holidays with the staff at a corporate party, I really liked the entertainment program with Santa Claus and the Snow Maiden, they were great, special thanks to them. In general, if you come to spend time, it's relatively good.

Until yesterday, they were regular customers of this institution. We came with friends to relax, sing and dance. The staff has changed, the one that is now not friendly and boorish. Yesterday there were a lot of discoveries, it turns out you can't talk into the microphone, but only sing, the girl who puts on songs runs up and grabs the microphone when you check it "once, once", but how else to check that the microphone is on and working, I personally do not know. The next point that visitors of this institution need to pay attention to: when you pay for several songs at once, and the institution is open until 3 a.m., and you did not have time to sing them, then the money is not returned to you. As the staff of the institution replied, we had to keep track of the time and come up and say that we did not sing our songs. We did not find such an item in the rules of conduct in this institution, but despite this, the money for the unsung songs was never returned to us. And the cherry on the cake: the guys (staff) are young, apparently they want to earn money, but I'll tell you how now. They came up with the idea that my friend dropped the microphone, for which they asked me to pay a fine of 50 byn, this item was indeed prescribed in the rules of conduct in the institution. Since she did not drop the microphone, we refused to pay this fine, they tried to intimidate us that they would call the police. We were sure that we were right and agreed to call the police. Upon arrival, law enforcement officers found that there was still no microphone drop, and we calmly drove home, but with a spoiled mood from staying in this institution. The staff of this institution has not apologized for the slander against us. Based on all of the above, you should think 10 times before visiting this institution, and the management of the MyStar karaoke it is more responsible to choose the staff.
