The name is certainly strange here, but this is a Concert hall in Vitebsk. A large and spacious room. Last week there was a concert and the award of the man of the Year of Vitebsk region. Companies and organizations gathered there from all over the Vitebsk region, a lot of interesting things were presented and tasted! It's a little unclear to evaluate here, because a lot depends on the organization of the presentation of the event itself.
