I had a similar experience at this place. The staff was incredibly rude, and the food was disgusting. It's such a rip-off! Thanks for sharing your story. Hopefully, people will avoid this place.
This sounds like a nightmare. It’s unbelievable how some places can charge so much for such poor quality and service. Thanks for the warning. I’ll make sure to avoid this place.
What a terrible experience! It's really disappointing when a place fails on so many levels. Thanks for letting us know. I’ll be telling all my friends to avoid this place too.
From the moment of arrival, the staff was very friendly and helpful, which created a pleasant atmosphere and left only positive emotions. The staff is always ready to help and make your stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms are clean, stylish and well equipped. The bed in the room was huge. I also really liked the lighting in the room, it was muted. The TV was working fine too. The hotel is located in a convenient location, close to the main attractions of the city, cafes and shops.
In short, I recommend this hotel and will definitely return there again.
A great hotel in the city center, we stayed only 1 night in October, we really liked everything, the room is clean, everything is there for living, the buffet breakfast is very tasty. The receptionist, Nana, is very pleasant and hospitable, helped us with ordering a taxi (we were in Yerevan for the first time), allowed us to leave our belongings at the reception before our departure.
A great hotel, the breakfasts are normal, but not super. The air conditioning of the rooms is a secret, but the staff is happy to help you figure it out, and in general the staff is very friendly and helpful.
We stayed at the hotel in September 2024. Great weekend, nice enough room, BUT..... we paid at the super unfavorable exchange rate of the ruble to the dram, I paid attention only in the morning since the check-in was late - attention! 3.6 d/r in the nearby supermarket 4.25. I expected at least 4. I asked for a recalculation - they fooled me for two days and refused on the day of departure. I say - our flight was postponed and the child is one year old, the departure time exactly coincides with daytime sleep, we can delay departure for an hour and regulate the overpayment at the same time, They answer - no! Although I called the reception earlier in the evening and the guys suggested that it would be possible to just pay for half the day and stay without problems. In general, the hotel is normal, but the staff works hard.
I really liked the hotel...clean, we took a spacious room. Comfortable bed, beautiful view from the window. Many attractions are nearby. The breakfasts are delicious.
Good location, quiet.
The room (deluxe apartment) is large and spacious. 2 large bedrooms with bathrooms, a large living room, a kitchenette with all necessary equipment. All bathroom accessories are available, there are bathrobes and slippers. The bed linen and towels are normal. Of the cons: the room itself is "tired" - cracks on the walls, the furniture is scuffed. Room cleaning is only on request and for an additional fee.payment. I do not recommend taking breakfast: it's just a disgrace for the money that is not being spent for Yerevan. There is nothing to eat, and what is there is inedible.
Not a bad apartment hotel. Good location (entrance from the main pedestrian street). Large apartments. There is a swimming pool.
It was not pleasant - there was a persistent smell of cooking in the apartment. I had to ventilate for a long time. That's the only thing I didn't like. The breakfasts are good.

We stayed at this hotel for quite a long time. I'll start with the advantages: excellent location, on Northern Avenue. The Vernissage Fair and Republic Square are within walking distance. Restaurants, shops and pharmacies are also available. We checked in at night and everything went smoothly. We rented apartments on the 11th and 12th floors. The double apartment on the 11th floor is quite spacious. Separately, it is worth noting the huge outdoor roof terrace where there is access. This space is available only to apartment residents. Also, the advantages include the presence of a washing machine and a kitchen.
On the downside: the apartment looks clean, but the floors are tiled with marble and turned out to be very dirty, the white socks turned black instantly. Cleaning of the apartments is carried out for an additional fee. Considering the cost of $3,200 for 2 weeks, it's kind of weird. But even paid cleaning does not guarantee that the floors will be washed thoroughly. There are also many questions about the equipment of the apartments. There are practically no dishes in the kitchen. A pair of plates, a pair of glasses and a set of cutlery for 4 people. The lack of a dishwasher is also a minus. As a result, I had to wash the dishes constantly with my hands many times a day. Also for furniture. There is a table in the kitchen, but for some reason there are only 3 chairs. If there are 4 of you like us, then you will either take turns or someone will have to eat at a small table on the couch. We recall the price. Sofa: in theory, it should have been unfolded, but in fact it turned out to be repaired many times and the repair was not of high quality. The icing on the cake will be the service. The reception staff looks very friendly. They will listen to you and politely promise to do everything, but in fact they will simply ignore you. We asked to book an apartment for us for a later date because we planned to return in 2 weeks. We were assured that there is a reservation. It's good that we clarified at the check-out. It turned out that there was no reservation and these apartments were booked by other guests. Another disadvantage. The night before moving from one apartment to another, the electricity was turned off. There was not much reaction to the appeals to the staff. There was no light for more than an hour. I had to pack my bags in the dark. We also stayed in a double apartment on the 12th floor. All the pros and cons are about the same.
The location of the hotel is ideal, the very center, easy transport accessibility, quiet and beautiful.
We lived in a deluxe apartment room. In fact, it is a large apartment with 2 bedrooms. Each has an individual bathroom. Plus there is a small kitchenette and a fairly large living room with a sofa and a TV area. The optimal capacity is 2 pairs of guests. But you can also put extra beds for children + there is a place to sleep on the sofa in the hall (living room).
The beds are comfortable, the linen and towels are fresh and of high quality. The set of accessories in the bathrooms is good. There are bathrobes and slippers.
Cleaning is for an additional fee.payment and only on request.
The condition of the whole room is very tired. Cracks on the walls, covered furniture, feeble chandeliers. There are not enough shelves for accessories in the shower. The water pressure in the shower is unstable.
What was very disappointing was the breakfast. The good MIS restaurant, which is simply wonderful in the evening, serves a treasured stale and very boring set of products. It is better not to take breakfast and eat at any cafe on Severny Prospekt, since there are sooo many of them.
Very polite staff, quick registration
You can leave your suitcases if you arrived earlier than the check-in time
I was there on March 8, flowers were presented (very nice) and there were free treats in the lobby in the form of cupcakes, fruits and champagne (the table was updated throughout the day)
The room is clean, has everything you need for a comfortable stay + free treats in the room (dried apricots, prunes, churchkhella)
The hotel has a free sauna and a swimming pool
The sauna seemed cold, the water in the pool was clean and pleasant (we had stolen the slippers that we left at the sauna, but this is not a question for the hotel)) We walked barefoot from the 10th to the 2nd floor))
As soon as the loss was reported, the staff immediately gave us new slippers
Of the disadvantages of the room, I can only single out one (for which I took off the star) - very strong audibility, our room overlooked the promenade street and absolutely all voices could be heard, as if they were all talking right under the windows
There is also a restaurant in the hotel, it seems like there is a buffet breakfast there
And there is an exchanger, in general, there was a good exchange rate
The hotel is good! We are already here as regular visitors! The location is excellent, the heart of Yerevan. The only disadvantage is the inconvenient boarding in a taxi. It is necessary to move away from the hotel, as parking is prohibited for cars 🤷🏻♀️
Great hotel, wonderful staff, delicious food. It's a bit expensive by Russian standards, but the hotel is in the very center. I was in Armenia for the first time, now I recommend this country to everyone for traveling.
The apartments are not bad. The bed is good. Why are all the bedrooms equipped with one large bed? Why not put two separate bedrooms in one bedroom? It's more convenient for children.
In general, the hotel is good, it is worth its stars. The staff is polite and helpful. The breakfasts are delicious, buffet style. Wi-Fi works stably and quickly, it's fine for surfing, video calls are also pulling. The location is excellent, the very center, all the main places are within walking distance. But you need to take rooms with Windows on the avenue. Otherwise you won't be able to sleep. And most importantly, the price is very expensive! 20 thousand rubles per night, even for such a hotel, it's too much!
Very nice hotel, in the center.Very friendly staff, they solve everything promptly.Being a foreigner, I felt at home.Thank you.I recommend it for everything
Disgusting hotel, arrived on 07/20/2024, they said apartments on the phone, it's just terrible.... The sunny side, the air conditioners can't cope... no one warned us that there would be no cleaning. She came up to the reception several times to exchange for another room, the manager leaves work early, cannot contact us. I will NOT recommend THIS HOTEL to everyone.
This hotel has the friendliest staff in Armenia, a very good restaurant, and they try to fulfill requests. Cozy rooms. But a huge minus, as well as in any big city. It is impossible to sleep.
it is better to settle closer to the outskirts.
Excellent apartment in the very center of the city on a pedestrian street! Very friendly staff! We were settled before the due time! Thanks a lot to Eric!!! I was surprised by the compliment of dried fruits !
Nice hotel, convenient location, slightly old furniture, but overall everything is fine

The hotel is very nice. Location - the center. Everything is within walking distance . Nearby there are shops, restaurants and cafes, branded clothing stores. Everything is sooo convenient. The staff is wonderful, very welcoming, smiling and any issue was solved instantly. It felt like you were the only one in the hotel and everyone wanted to please you, although there were very few available rooms at that time. Breakfast is the only thing that upset me - meager and tasteless. In all of Yerevan, only our breakfasts were terrible food🙄 But I recommend it, because you can eat here everywhere😉
A cozy hotel with an excellent location in the very center of the city, very friendly staff, politely go to a meeting in all matters, clean rooms, delicious breakfasts, everything is at the highest level, I will definitely come back here more than once👍
Everything is at the highest level! Location, room level, cleanliness, service! Especially thanks to the host Karen!! A great guy, an expert in his field!
Terrible hotel!
We stayed for 2 days (in different rooms), and we did not check into the second room at 13:00, and after the tour, exhausted and tired, we arrived at 12 a.m., which they refused to accommodate us, due to the fact that it seemed to them that we would not return and they safely sold our paid room to other guests. We have never seen such an absurdity anywhere. Without any apologies, they asked to leave the hotel, after an hour of communication, they were offered another room of higher categories and an additional fee. We had no choice but to agree, because we were too tired. No apologies or regrets were presented to the guest by the administration.
Very convenient location of the hotel
We lived in a junior suite, it was the only room available. Spacious enough, comfortable bed and pillows, large bathroom.
They clean well
I recommend it! Great hotel
Disgusting breakfasts, especially when the cook manages to spoil simple foods, porridge and coffee need to be asked separately.
The toilet was constantly running in our room, we slept under the murmur, they gave out two small bottles of water, a very heavy smell of lavender in the rooms, we had to ventilate the room for a long time.
The shower room is equipped with scales, a hairdryer and personal hygiene supplies, and there were some dried fruits for tea.
The general appearance of the room requires refreshing, worn
I stayed at the hotel twice during April 2023, at the beginning and end of the month. Great location. The very center of the city. The windows faced the Northern Avenue. Friendly, helpful, very friendly hotel staff. I am very pleased with the hotel, I recommend it.
I have lived in many hotels in Yerevan, this one is super from the chain. I love this hotel, the silence in the rooms is perfect, the location is super, the pool!
And everything is very stylish.
We chose a hotel in the center and chose this option. And they never regretted it. The rooms are spacious and new.
The room had everything you needed.
If you want to live in the center, this is the best option
Nice modern hotel, friendly staff.
There was a tea/coffee set in the room
I would like to note separately that breakfasts are not a mountain table, but everything that is necessary, very tasty cheeses and cold cuts, a wide selection of desserts
The staff is pleasant, the service is good. The room is normal, clean. The breakfast is buffet style, everything is delicious. It is located in a private development area, on the way to the Airport.
I like everything! And the breakfasts are generally excellent, above all praise! Thank you so much to everyone involved!

It's a very overrated place. It is only relevant if you want to live in this location, in all other options it is better to look for something else. The breakfast for this level is very modest, there is no coffee (cappuccino, latte), the rooms are small, dark. Those imperfections of the shower that hits the door and wipes everything. It's very noisy because of the location. Expensive - about nothing.
The hotel is perfectly located, central street, near Republic Square.Excellent staff, but there are standard rooms that are located next to the ventilation system, in which there is a hum from this working ventilation and it is impossible to sleep and rest.
For a 2-bed room for 9 nights, they paid a little more than 117 thousand rubles, that is, 13 thousand per night, which at the current exchange rate is about 158 dollars. The hotel is not even close to worth the money, and then I'll write down why. It is worth noting that if the hotel were about 8-10 times cheaper, I would consider it quite decent for my money, taking into account the location, but when reading further text, you need to take into account the cost of services.
1. The location of the apartments. We were located on the 9th floor, but the elevator does not go there. To get to the room, you need to get to the 10th floor, walk down a long corridor, and then go down the stairs to the 9th. It all takes a long time. The elevator is slow and it is only 1 per 10-storey building (this is very small).
2. In-room services. They are simply missing. Seriously, the room rate here (more than $150 per night, I remind you) does not even include room cleaning. Cleaning is paid separately, I will attach a photo of the price list.
3. Flashing overhead light in the living room.
4. There is no direct way to contact the reception. There is a piece of paper in the room with a phone number written on it. It is impossible to call it from a landline phone in the room. I had to call from my cell phone.
5. Room size. On the website where I booked the room (island), it was said that it is 54 m2. In fact, I think no more than half of this value. I.e., the description is a direct deception.
6. There is a washing machine in the room, but it is disconnected from the outlet, and the cable does not reach the nearest one. I had to move the machine 15 centimeters to plug the plug into the outlet. The machine has no drying function, and there is also no clothes dryer in the room. It is necessary to dry the laundry on a narrow dryer in the bathroom, but it does not fit even 1 T-shirt in width and is suitable only for socks. There is also no washing powder in the room, you will have to go to the store for it. There is only one outlet, so you can connect either the machine or this dryer at the same time.
7. The bed here is really double, but the designers did not think to place 2 bedside tables around it. There's only one, and it's recessed into the wall, so it's pretty inconvenient to use it. The master light, which seems to be more or less standard for hotels, also does not have a bed. The bed is located in such a small room that, making your way past it to the bathroom, you periodically hit it with your little finger.
8. The supplies provided are clearly not enough for 9 nights. There was disposable soap and other disposable items in the room. The hotel staff does not bother to replenish their supplies.
10. In the middle of the stay, some "appraisers" knocked on the room and started taking pictures of the room. No one warned about this in advance.
11. The hotel staff looks untidy and is not trained in polite behavior. They don't know Russian well. When I had a technical problem with the room (I called the reception about the safe and the flashing light), they came and started walking around the room in street shoes without taking off their shoes or putting on shoe covers.
12. Disgusting shower and overall plumbing problems. The faucet in one of the bathrooms is hanging out. Hot water begins to flow only after about 3 minutes under full pressure (and the water can still be made hot in the faucet, then the shower does not know how to be hot in principle, only warm). There is clearly not enough pressure in the shower. The upper watering can pours water too close to the lever, so you constantly risk turning off the water with your own body. There is not enough water pressure in the shower. The shower room is designed so that some of the water ends up on the floor (which is not only unpleasant, but also dangerous - falls in bathrooms are considered the most common cause of fatal accidents in homes). In addition, there are sockets without covers in the bathrooms, which is not safe.
13. The entrance group is being renovated, it is dusty and stinks of cigarettes, not to mention the aesthetics that you somehow expect after paying so much money for accommodation.
14. If you close all the windows in the room, personally, I will soon have a headache from lack of oxygen, that is, there is no ventilation or it is insufficient. If the windows are open, noise is constantly coming from there (including at night) (monotonous 5-second accordion sounds from the street drive you crazy all day in a row, seriously), since the windows overlook the popular "recreational" street (I also attached a photo of the view from the window). That is, the tenant is forced to choose between two extremely unpleasant evils.
15. Repairs were made carelessly in some places, for example, a corner skirting board is not attached in one place (see photo).
16. There are no dumbbells in the gym, for example. There is nothing for bench presses or hyperextensions. There is not even a horizontal bar. But for some reason, there are a lot of treadmills. It is also quite stuffy in the gym. In general, he is not suitable for full-fledged training.
17. In the description of the hotel on the "island" it was said about the presence of bathrobes in the room, in fact they were not.
18. The room has a disgusting safe. My small (14 inch) laptop doesn't fit into it. They didn't put instructions next to it, as they usually do in hotels. When I was experimenting with it, it shut down and I called an employee for help. An employee came in, and do you know what he did? I took out the batteries and the safe opened. Judge for yourself how much you trust the safety of your belongings in this hotel.
19. The mess with the keys. Usually in hotels they give you a card, and it's enough to open all the doors that you should have access to. However, this is not the case here. Here you are given a card that opens the room, as well as a separate bunch of 2 RFC keys that open the entrance and one of the intermediate doors.
20. The hotel reception is located on the other side of the building. That is, to get there, you need to leave the building, go around it and go in again.
21. There is no sound insulation, you can hear everything that the neighbors are doing and saying in the hallway.
That's all I can remember offhand so far. In general, I have the impression that the organizers of the hotel did not live in good hotels and understand quite poorly how they should work, and the rooms themselves were not checked for compliance with at least minimum standards or simply for the operability of all the declared mechanisms. I assume that the reviews for this hotel are artificially inflated.
It's a good hotel, but it's noisy right on the northern avenue, you can see bad double-glazed windows. But they changed us to apartments, they are gorgeous. 3 rooms , spacious rooms, with all amenities + no noise. The staff is friendly. They promptly help with all questions.
