I thank the head of the 1st Surgery, Ukrainian Evgeny Alexandrovich, for the excellent organization of the work of the entire department, everyone is friendly and conscientious in their duties. I would especially like to express my gratitude to my attending surgeon, Sergei Leonidovich Sobolevsky, who was attentive and tactful to patients, performed the operation with high quality, everything is healing well, and clearly explained the recovery period after the operation. I also thank the nurse of the Dressing Room, Nadezhda Aleksandrovna Isaenko, who is always friendly to the patient and performs her work efficiently. I also want to thank Olga, the nurse, unfortunately I don't know her last name, she took care of me immediately after the operation, she was very friendly, tactful and conscientious. I would like to share my positive experience of going to the hospital where my tonsils were removed. From the very beginning, I was struck by the attention and care from the medical staff. The doctors explained each stage of the procedure in detail to me, answered all my questions and did everything possible to make me feel comfortable. After the operation, I received the necessary support and recommendations for recovery. Thanks to their professionalism and attentive attitude to patients, the rehabilitation process was easy and without complications.
