Our student was settled in the dormitory. There is a convenient parking for cars nearby. The building is clean, tidy, and access control is organized. The staff is helpful. The location is convenient.

Everything is quite relative. In general, everything is civilized, but the rooms on at least the 11th floor resemble "Khrushchevki". Somewhere there are a lot of cockroaches, somewhere there are few, somewhere there are none (but not in the kitchen). In general, it is convenient to live.

Great hostel! There are wonderful, friendly women on watch, they will prompt, invite, and help. There is cleanliness and comfort around. There are gorgeous flower beds with a variety of flowers on the street.

The canteen is great, but cockroaches are stealing food. Comfortable sofas at the entrance. Two elevators are not enough, one is always some kind of jamb. People are good. During the evacuation, the emergency exit was closed in case of smoke.

God, it seems to be okay here. But if we take into account that the philology faculty (i.e., most girls) and the mehmat/military faculty (i.e., most guys) live here, then it is not difficult to figure out that the sounds of "slaps" here fly from every side and from every wall.
Cockroaches, non-working taps and Turkmens in the kitchen at night, the absence of a Roll are solid disadvantages.
Definitely a cringe, definitely a dislike.

A wonderful place, gentlemen and gentlemen.
The room for 25 rubles per month is equipped with everything you need: a table, chairs, a wardrobe, a cabinet with shelves, a lot of sockets.
The block type has two rooms, guys – this is no joke. A shower and a bathroom for 6 people is quite a tolerable thing, although not very pleasant.
Multinational! You can look at this moment in different ways, but in general, you can take a lot of advantages out of it if you want.
You can't do without embarrassment, but for your money – top. Access to the location is open only to BSU students, I am sorry for the rest. By the way, I've been living here for 3 years now, and I'm going to live on the 4th.

Being an employee of the hostel, I get all the amenities for comfortable living: a block, 3 rooms, 2 people in a room, toilet, bathroom, kitchen. Roughly speaking, an apartment in the center of Minsk with a good repair for 25 rubles / month.

A very good hostel, blocky, good material base, there is a paid laundry. Sometimes the hot water disappears in the evening. And students of the military faculty will wake up with their music at 6 a.m., you will not need to use an alarm clock. Military tastes can differ dramatically from normal ones. There are also a lot of philologists there. They are unpleasant a little bit, but you can survive. Despite the large material base of the hostel, it will not be easy to use it. The administration of the hostel is very strict. Violation of the rules entails a quick eviction. But a student asset will help protect you. They're cool guys... yeah... The organization of events is cool.

Considering that I currently live here (thanks to the European Games, damn them), I can say with confidence that the conditions are not critical, but after 11 dorms, in which we lived for 1.5 years, they are deadly unusual.
At first we just cried. In the truest sense of the word.
Because when we moved in, nothing worked except the taps.
And now everything is breaking and flowing, they even stopped calling someone, because it's useless, only there will be more dirt.
The rooms are small, not designed for 4, and a block of this size is clearly not for 8.
This is especially felt in the shower.
These are not the worst conditions, of course.
Although it is worth noting that the nearest normal grocery store is a 20-25 minute walk away.
There are also advantages: the absence of cockroaches in the blocks, the location is convenient.
