A disgusting smell in a non-smoking room. They cook for a very long time. Disgusting behavior of the waiters - they are bullies, they are insolent, as if they came not to a restaurant, but to a diner. Absolutely every order will be processed for more than half an hour from ordering food to tea and cola. In winter, they put disgusting air fresheners that make you breathless.
A wonderful restaurant. I always have lunch here when I find myself in Tashkent. This time I came with two children soaked through because of the rain, I thought they wouldn't let me in, but everything is fine, they fed me well, very tasty (especially the Kiev cutlet), manti and Greek salad. The children drank a milkshake and I drank Moroccan tea - everything is on top 🔥
Thank you, I will come again ♥️
I have breakfast with friends every Monday. The kitchen is great. The staff is very helpful.

Atmospheric, bright..
It seems to me that almost every big city in the post-Soviet space has a restaurant called "Lights .."
We decided to visit, nostalgic.
The restaurant has a veranda where you can smoke and a main room with air conditioning.
The walls and furniture are bright, the music is in the style of 60-70.
The menu is voluminous, clear; there is a menu from the chef, a bar card.
The waiters are polite, sociable; the food is served quickly.
Everything that was ordered is quite tasty.
The bill is brought in a metal box in the form of a refrigerator )
We can go in for a snack.
I love this place, friendly staff, different menus at lunch and in the evening, you can come several times a day and try different dishes each time. The interior as a separate art.
I love this place too much!!! The lights of Tashkent are absolutely all at the highest level. A combination of delicious cuisine and a pleasant atmosphere! Just thank you!
There must have been a famous restaurant in Soviet times, but now it's an ordinary cafe with European cuisine. It is necessary to try very hard to find local cuisine there.
Terrible restaurant, I fell for the reviews in Yandex maps. Everything is designed for tourists. The price/ quality does not match. Prices in a good Moscow restaurant, the food is like in a diner. We ordered eggplant rolls with cherry tomatoes. The tomatoes turned out to be old and sluggish. We ordered carbonara, carried it for 40 minutes. They always warn about this in good establishments. We ordered green tea. Sawdust was brewed, and even the taste of the water is strange. I do not recommend it!
The food is quite tasty
The cuisine is diverse
Service for 4
The staff is polite
The atmosphere is calm
There are not enough chairs for children and a children's area
We've been here twice, the location is great, near the theater. We ate salads both times, expensive and not very tasty. The room is pleasant, the service is quite good.
Stylish, beautiful, comfortable. The service is on the level. Sometimes a live orchestra plays in the evenings. But the coffee is served with tap water. Although in a beautiful wine glass.
The restaurant is super. The interior of the 70s, very pleasant music and atmosphere. The food is great, though not always everything is on the menu! But in general, 👍👍👍👍👍
Wonderful restaurant, delicious and unusual menu, attentive staff - both for adults and children. The staff congratulated the spouse on his birthday - it was unexpected and pleasant. We were very satisfied, thank you for a pleasant evening!
This place confirms a simple rule when choosing a restaurant - go to a place where there are many locals.
Adapted pan-Asian cuisine, there is something for your taste. The portions are large, when ordering, do not rush to collect everything at once - you can order more. They cook quickly. Prices are acceptable taking into account the price/quality balance, although they have doubled in the last 3-4 years
I didn't understand at all why the rating was so high. You will definitely not feel the atmosphere and cuisine of Tashkent here. In general, it does not correspond in reality to what is written here.
They start working early, for those who want to have breakfast, the menu is good, without focusing on national cuisine, they cook delicious. Attentive attitude of the staff. We had breakfast, we liked everything.
Excellent desserts, delicious coffee, probably one of the most pleasant environments and atmosphere that can be found in Tashkent.
But the price tag also matches.
Cappuccino cup and dessert 90,000 sums
Comfortable landing, friendly staff. The pitch is level. The price tag is above average, not to say that it is very tasty, there was not enough sauce for the meat, and the waiter did not offer.
An amazing place.
And coffee.....m....🥰 I've probably never drunk such delicious coffee. Insanely delicious desserts. Pleasant service. Original receipt submission)))
A magical place, like the country itself 💞
I want to leave my feedback about this institution . I am a regular guest of this restaurant in addition, I have held many conferences over the years. But lately , the Lights of Tashkent are more and more upsetting . Yesterday I was even more upset and upset and decided this would be the last time !
1. At the entrance to the restaurant, all absolutely all tables were not cleaned, despite the fact that guests were no longer sitting there. I had to sit down at a dirty table until it was cleaned .
2. The waiter came up, a brand new young man does not know anything about the kitchen, could not answer basic questions! Plus , I answered through I don 't want to and with such a dissatisfied expression on my face .
3. The service is very simple, no serving, even the dishes and napkins were not cleaned until we ourselves called and asked. If you needed something , you had to look for a waiter ! Every time I came up, he stank of cigarettes! The service just got really messed up!
4. The food (first) and bread were cold! We asked the waiter, he said that "as we are given, we also bring" and that's it.
5. For the second we ordered a set (sushi) very dry tasteless + disgusting soy!
And a note to the management: it's time to change the cutlery (spoons/ forks) already scratched all over!
As a result, I want to say gentlemen! THE LIGHTS OF TASHKENT ARE NO LONGER THE SAME! VERY VERY SORRY!
It used to be one of my favorite restaurants. Not anymore, unfortunately. There is nothing wrong with the quality of the food, there is a problem with the service. The waiter does not come himself until you call him. I ask the restaurant management to pay attention to this, because poor service scares away customers.
Atmospheric, but very long service
If you take your time, go, they cook delicious
It is better not to drive a private car, the parking space is very limited
My favorite cafe. Delicious salads, lunches and coffee. Relish is best prepared among salads. It's a pity, they haven't been adding much to the menu lately.
The food is very tasty, the atmosphere is good, pleasant music, the waiters are polite and responsive. I recommend to try the fish.
But keep in mind prices can bite
This is a really great place! During the week of your stay in Tashkent, this is the best institution in terms of price / quality. Everything was delicious. Our order: 3 soups, 2 second courses, 3 salads, 2 beers, French fries. A total of 350 thousand sums. And this is the center of the city! I highly recommend it. (not a purchased review, it was important for us to feed the children. The children ate with pleasure)
It is a very pleasant place, atmospheric, the audience is decent. There was a slight association with the "Weeping Willow" from the "Diamond Hand". Stylized images, old radio and TV))) It's quite emotional.
Menu: there is something delicious to choose, cooked well, not to "fall off")))
Prices, as everywhere in restaurants.
For a cozy date or a quiet conversation, this is the place that you need.
A cozy and pleasant place, the staff is polite and caring.
The cuisine is mostly European, the food is delicious, the prices are above average, but the portions are not greedy.
It is better to book in advance for the evening, as in all good places in Tashkent)
Well, a very good location. A cozy place. The magnificent interior of the 70s and 80s. Sitting with a girl is the best thing. There is a veranda. The food is average - there will be no great delights, but it is quite high quality.
Nice place in the city center, delicious coffee, desserts, good service, polite waiters. We go there to drink coffee and chat. Prices are like everywhere else.
We came to an empty restaurant, placed an order (sausages 3 pieces) and are waiting...and we are waiting... To all questions - where is the order, we received an answer - it is being prepared. Seriously!? 40 minutes cooking 3 sausages! To be fair, I note that while waiting for the order, a group of tourists arrived (of course, they threw all their strength at them), but you guys warn me that you can't cope.. The prices are average, the service is zero. If you have enough patience and time, you can go in.
I have never drunk worse coffee in Tashkent. The feeling that the grains were overcooked, the coffee machine was not washed and it had no prevention for 5 years. The quality of the dishes is 3+. Well, it can't be that in the country of gourmets they can cook so badly in Eugene Trufo's restaurant?
In general, everything is quite good. I've been there a few times. The first time was on a weekend evening, the waiter did not know what was available from the bar card (they ordered 5 times, all the time he took the order, left and returned it after 5-7 minutes with the words: sorry, this is not there))) the second time was early in the morning (the advantage of the establishment is that it is open from 08:00). I had breakfast, everything was fine, but the cheesecakes were sour. I told the manager about this (I didn't eat them, I just tried them, but paid for everything, decided not to spoil the mood for myself and the staff) but my words: please check the cheesecakes, they are clearly sour, passed by the manager's ears. In general, it's not critical, but most likely I won't go to them for breakfast anymore.
An atmospheric institution, I received a lot of positive emotions, I liked the staff and delicious cuisine, the evening was held in a positive way ...
We rested very well, we had a lot of pleasure from visiting.
the location is just great, we walked around the center and went to drink a glass of wine or eat, wonderful desserts, and before the new year everything is beautifully decorated and shining
The interior is cool. In terms of cuisine, the portions are small. I didn't like the taste (I took kharcho and mutton in Bukhara). Terrible beer on tap (both types). I won't go a second time.
Pros: the center, a normal atmosphere, comfortable to sit, fast service. The prices are high for such quality, for service 20% of the menu prices. The food is generally delicious, 4 out of 5. Medium well meat was served well done. At this price, there are places with a much tastier/richer menu. We didn't go again.
