Just like at the reception, the doctors themselves are rude. It is better to detach yourself and go to another clinic. Honestly, they don't know what they're doing. We needed tests urgently, so we can't even SIGN up for them. For there is a prescription needed. That is, people should not be prevented. They'll send you if you just want to get checked out, they'll look at you like idiots. So also abstruse people are sitting at the reception, they can't even open your "case" on a computer. And they will send you to stand in line in another office, and then they will hang noodles on you that you allegedly did not ask anything.

The reception desk always politely answers calls. They keep a record. Doctors accept well, delve into the problem. We also take tests here, there are no long queues. Cozy, clean. Thanks for the work!)

The polyclinic is associated with frequent, fluid, non-competent doctors. For 5 years, I have not been able to find out the full name of pediatricians. There were so many of them, I don't even remember who is who.
