We lived here for a month. The location is good, 8-10 minutes to the sea at a calm pace, near a busy street with shops, exchangers and cafes for every taste. Kata beach is 20 minutes away, the market is 15 minutes away. What I didn't like: another condo is being built nearby, the noise is terrible from 8 a.m. to 21 p.m., they also work on weekends, they like to turn on music in the street. The pool has a beautiful view, but it is practically not cleaned, hair, flies, etc. float. There were problems with the Internet, it did not work for several days until the landlord deigned to invite engineers. The price-quality ratio is poor, you can choose much cheaper and more comfortable

A great place, a very good location, nearby is a typical restaurant called Chekhoff with Russian and Thai cuisine.
It's not the first time we've had a rest, and we'll be back again. 👍
