We stayed at this hotel on March 1-2. I really liked it! We chose a location near the Bolshoi Theater, a hotel nearby. Very cozy, nice hotel. Everything is clean and beautiful! The staff is above all praise. Now I understand why the reviews say that they will definitely come back here. If it's Minsk, we'll stop at Polonaise. We were 3 adults, room 41 was a two-room apartment. Everything is comfortable, good furniture, excellent bed linen. Spacious bathroom, large shower room. Mini fridge, water, tea - everything is available. Breakfast is included in the booking price. The restaurant is on the 6th floor. Buffet: a large selection, pleasant service, good restaurant. There was a possibility of earlier check-in and later check-out. The hotel experience is very good! Well done, respect to the management!

This is not the first time we have stayed at the Polonaise. My favorite hotel in Minsk. Ideal for those who appreciate peace and comfort, It is always very peaceful here. Well, the area is wonderful in itself. So, the pros: + very quiet and completely quiet area; + across the street there is a park and a theater; + it's just as quiet in the hotel itself, because it's not online, there aren't too many rooms; + nearby Troitskoe suburb is a tourist area of old Minsk; + clean, nice, pleasant staff. Just a minute: — you'll have to walk a little bit to the subway.; Breakfast is prepared to order, but very quickly. I definitely recommend it, especially for the first visit to Minsk: it is easier to feel the slowness of the city, its friendly atmosphere, listen to the silence, take a walk in the park and enjoy the architecture of the Trinity suburb. You can book both on the hotel's website and in WhatsApp (the number is listed on the website) — they respond instantly. I booked on the website, and corresponded with the administrator already in the messenger.

Cons: The air conditioner turned on and off spontaneously after 10 minutes at 23 o'clock and at 7 o'clock, it looks like autotests were taking place. Note: Rooms with windows facing the theater may be a little noisy from passing cars, while rooms with windows facing the courtyard are probably quieter, but there is no view of the theater. The dishes ordered for breakfast are served quickly, and the cheesecakes are very tasty. Recommendation: do not order a taxi yourself, but ask the staff. Otherwise, you'll be looking for the car yourself, and the staff will know and tell you that they drove into the courtyard. Will we stop there again? Definitely yes.
