Hello everyone, I had a chance to visit such a famous place in Minsk. The restaurant brewery "Rakovsky Brovar" was the culmination of our trip to Belarus. It was quite difficult to get there, especially on Friday. It is necessary to book seats in advance, and very much in advance. I tried to do this on Friday afternoon, it turned out that the nearest reservation is only for the month of October, and I was in August. After standing on the street for twenty minutes, we still got there. In fact, the place turned out to be very worthy for a holiday, and even on a Friday. Live music, decent service (special thanks to Ilona) and perfectly cooked food (thanks to the chef). Next time I will definitely order the same container with beer (own production). I will definitely come back.

The kitchen was good , the wheat beer smelled like sewage . The rest of the beer is delicious. The waiters are good, they come up quickly.
Live music is straight to the top three, I don't know where they got the artists from, but it was (02/07/2025) frankly not very good.
Well, I was disappointed with the contingent of guests. Direct guests 50+
There's nothing for young people to do there.
This is my first time here, but I probably won't go again.
Bottom line: if you want to have a delicious meal and drink a glass of beer, then you can go, but if you light up, it's better to choose another place. …
Well, 100% wheat beer shouldn't be like that, I would be ashamed to sell it.

I tried the pancakes here, just like my grandmother cooked – with a crispy crust and a tender middle. The portions are generous, and the prices are pleasantly surprising. For such a home kitchen, it's just a gift! Now it's my favorite place for soulful dinners.

A relative won 25 kilograms of free wings at the Rakovsky race.
As a result, we went and were super satisfied.
The service is excellent. The wings themselves are juicy and pleasant to the taste, there is more meat than bones.
We ordered crayfish, crayfish themselves for 3/5.
I highly recommend Sout beer.
As a nice bonus, live vocals will accompany the dinner.
The bar is 10/10.

Beer, food, snacks - delicious! The prices are average. They took a place on the veranda - quietly, calmly. It's a bit noisy in the main building - someone had a disco or a holiday... Karl brought one glass of warm beer, and immediately changed it for a remark. We will come again to study, the menu allows you to come with children - not spicy and not any way cooked. I recommend it!!!

The restaurant is located in an authentic corner of Minsk. For me, it's a one-time visit. We booked a table in advance. 2nd floor - for the company. Very dim, gloomy lighting. I had to highlight the menu for reading with a smartphone from my mobile (they did the same at the neighboring tables). The waitress is sad: no emotions, no understanding, arguing ......unpleasant. A man spoils the face of an institution.
It's noisy, there are a lot of visitors.
The dishes that we ordered--- liked something, something less. I repeat, there is no repeat visit!

We visited Rakovsky Brovar with friends - they brew beer themselves, it's very tasty, especially grashovoe and Starovilenskoe .
Live music in the evening , it 's atmospheric here . Our evening was brightened up by a wonderful waiter Eugene and delicious food. I recommend visiting this restaurant.

Just the best restaurant! Large portions and very nice prices! Everything is super tasty, every dish is brought to perfection. The interior and the atmosphere are gorgeous. The place is huge, with expensive furniture (pretty worn). The food is ordinary, it looks like it was bought from the nearest hypermarket. I want to mention the staff- the waiters are great! But there is a huge but that ruined our evening -on weekends they practice live sound in the institution, and this is their mistake. Perhaps the singer is not bad, but we did not manage to appreciate it. The fact is that throughout the restaurant there are speakers with incredible sound amplification. This screeching (I apologize to the singer, we only heard her that way) did not allow us to eat, talk, or relax. By the way, this opinion was shared by all the guests on the second floor. As a result, we ate quickly and ran away to a more adequate place.

Well, what can I say, an amazing place in its design and setting!!! A spacious, chic two-storey restaurant decorated in a hunting style! There is an outdoor veranda and several separate glazed gazebos next to the restaurant. The cuisine is beyond praise, perhaps the best in Minsk!! An interesting and varied selection of dishes for every taste, a beautiful presentation and of course everything is very tasty!! We were with a small child, and the cooks went to some of our daughter's whims quite calmly, for which we thank them very much! Beer. It belongs here. They cook it expertly, so it's not just delicious, but sincere!!! The service in the restaurant deserves special attention)) The level of work of the waiters is simply beyond praise!!! There is no need to twist your neck in search of a waiter, wave your arms and yell at the whole hall to attract his attention. Here you are always under the imperceptible control of the girl who serves your table, and she herself appears at the right moment! Knowledge of the menu and dishes at a high level, you will be told in detail about all of them, and after learning your preferences, they will offer you the most suitable ones. My favorite restaurant at the moment. I especially love it in the summer because of the cascading territory on the street. Delicious fish, beef is just magical, Napoleon dessert is very good. Tinctures are not all delicious. Administration, pay attention to this, in your tinctures vodka is separate, the taste of berries is separate, not together. It feels like currants have just been added to vodka, for example, and immediately on the table.

I read a lot of reviews, everywhere there is an advertisement for this institution, I decided to go in. I arrived on Sunday, September 29th in the afternoon. There weren't many people. We were met by very unfriendly girls. I waited for the waiter for 10 minutes (with a half-empty hall), the bill is about the same. The pancakes are 4/5, I expected them to be juicier, but they look great. At the exit, she said "Good day", the reception staff did not react at all. I can't get to something. It's all good. And its beer on the Austrian Salmbrau equipment is good, but not Czech. The tartar is tender, but it lacks a "zest", or taste, served with excellent, warm bread, but not Czech Tartar. Homemade firewood with strawberry sauce is awesome! The knuckle is good, baked, but the crunch would be crunchy. Borscht is a little underheated. There are no claims to alcoholic tinctures, stark is super. The waitress Nastya is well done, everything is fast, she is very kind.
I was in this restaurant 12 years ago, I liked it more, I'm getting old apparently.
