There are pros and cons. We currently live here. Of the advantages, I want to note that there are two shops nearby, within walking distance of Rawai beach, where you can walk, eat delicious food, get a massage, walk along the pier and much more. There is noise from the road, but it is not critical, we sleep without a conditioner and we are fine. There is a free underground parking, from which you immediately take the elevator to the desired floor. The apartment is cleaned once a week, this is already included in the price. Quiet neighbors, the feeling that you are at home. Of the cons, I would call the pool not very well maintained, it seems to be there, and the water in it is not dirty, but the foliage is removed occasionally, there are few sun loungers, the area around it looks damp and not well maintained! We liked the apartments themselves, everything we need is available, I would like a bigger sofa in the living room, but it's fine for a child in height. Well, I would like to add glasses, otherwise everything is there, but there are no glasses! Well, I'm nitpicking and joking, in general everything is wonderful and cozy! And there are a lot of pleasant beaches nearby, literally next to each other, it takes 15 minutes on foot to Janui, and five minutes by car to the rest!

Hello everyone ✌️🌴 I lived in that condo for 12 days, I want to say the location is not bad, everything is nearby. Walking distance to the beach is 15 minutes by walking along a winding path, very pleasant)). This is my subjective opinion about the location) Now about the condo itself . My room was on the 4th floor, there was a smell of sewage in the corridor. In the morning , water flows in the shower in a thin trickle , it 's bad . The sheet on which I had to sleep with yellow spots had to be washed immediately . It is clear that the condo is shabby)). If not for the location)). It 's not bad at all 🌴🌴🌴 The cost is 27,000 baht + 10,000 deposit )Have a good rest. I rented a bike.✌️

Good time of day. I've been wanting to write a review about this location for a long time. I lived with my family for 2 months in this "most beautiful" condo. The price and quality of this place do not correspond to reality, I read the reviews of others and wonder how anyone can like this place at all. Rather, it is suitable for those who want to save as much as possible on vacation and the infrastructure around this place is not important to them. Firstly, it is a wilderness, and to go somewhere you just need to walk with your legs, secondly, the condo does not have any territory at all, from 2 months of stay for 2 weeks in January, the pool simply did not work and the water in it was dark green, parking under the building, there are garbage cans with a terrible stench in the parking lot the heat is 30-32 degrees. The sanitation is complete, cockroaches are everywhere, in the parking lot, in the entrance, in the rooms. The apartments themselves are poorly ventilated, once you leave in the morning and come in the evening, to put it mildly, there is a stinking smell of dampness and sewage in the apartment. I will keep silent about the maintenance and cleaning of the premises, since different landlords have different service personnel. For those who just want to stop and not be there, that place is fine. For living, this is a real Soviet communal apartment located on the outskirts.
