They checked the laptop and everything was ok with it, we almost agreed on initial agreed price, but some guy appeared and offered a price much lower than the agreed price and sayed that they won't give more for that laptop.
Even though I once buyed from them an expensive laptop, this was much worse experience. Total waste of time and money due to their bad work organization.

They do not change the headphones, they do not repair them, they do not return the money, because this is a "hygienic product". But let me say, AirPods, which cost one and a half times more in this counter than in other stores, they change, you see, their policy does not apply to all types of "hygienic goods". Then I called the RA Consumer Support center, where the lawyers made it clear to me that this store, if I may say so, violated the law, and that this was not the first complaint against them. I turned to them again, but either the manager or the director was already connected, in a word, a guy dressed in a homemade sweater, with boorish behavior. When I wanted to know his name, he said he didn't want to have anything to do with me. So, this gentleman, "I don't want to have anything to do with you," repeatedly raised his voice at the client and turned to personalities during the dialogue. Honestly, this is the first time in my life that an organization has addressed me like this, I have never seen a manager who is the face of the company raise his voice and insult a client. Well, what kind of manager, such is the company, which, in principle, comes from the situation. They sell strange goods. Customers always fight with them in the service center. You should not buy Apple equipment, because the official service center does not serve the goods they sell. There is practically no guarantee, no replacement is carried out.
Excellent equipment repair service. You can say that my laptop was resurrected from the dead, in which it is easier to list what worked fine than everything that is broken. Everything was done quickly, the main problem was diagnosed, a new SSD was installed, a Wi-Fi/Bluetooth board was reinstalled, and an external case was given for the hard drive, because the adapter through the CD connector completely failed, some contacts were cleaned due to a very long-standing spilling of water on the keyboard. And they took quite a bit for all this, I expected that it would be like buying a new laptop, but no! Very responsive and knowledgeable specialists, thanks again for the quality work, it's been almost a month, the laptop is working fine!
