It is not the first year that we have been coming to this hospitable house. All the comfort in the room is a bathroom, a TV, air conditioning, a hairdryer, a shared kitchen and an iron. The hosts are friendly, patient, and understanding. Nearby everything is available market, shops.

We had a vacation with two families in July 2023. The guest house is beyond praise! Spacious rooms with bathroom and air conditioning, kitchen with everything you need, beautiful territory with garden, closed Parking. The sea is a 5-minute walk away. The center of Mount Athos is a 15-minute leisurely walk away. There is a market and many shops within 2 minutes.
The owners of the hotel are a wonderful family, polite, friendly, helpful! The house and grounds are perfectly clean. And their wines and juices are just a bomb! We are happy to recommend them to our friends and we will definitely come back!

Thanks for the shelter for three days. The hosts are hospitable, the house and garden are well maintained. The rooms have their own facilities (shower and toilet), towels, TV, air conditioning. There is no interruption in the operation of cold and hot water, electricity, air conditioning. There is everything you need for cooking and eating. There is a grocery market nearby, though not a big one, shops. Distances: 10 minutes walk to the beach. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the center. Novy Afon railway station is 3 minutes away.

We decided to visit Abkhazia in winter for the New Year , several families came . We wanted to rent a 4 - bed room and a 3 - bed room . They promised that the rooms are warm, the rooms are good, etc.
Bottom line : in 2 of the three rooms, the split system did not work, the first day we slept in our clothes., it was sooooo cold, the rooms were not prepared for arrival , they were not heated , they arrived in the cold . Somehow they proved that it was cold in the rooms and only after that they gave a fireplace . Initially, we wanted to book a 4-bed room, but they said that it allegedly did not exist, we booked two two-bed rooms (this is more expensive and expensive of course for such "not very" rooms, especially in off-season), but in fact there was a 4-bed room, but they did not give it to us because it came out cheaper, and the owner did not it was profitable to hand it over, they cheated!, The owners are not friendly, rude, rude , they do not know how to communicate with guests at all, they did not return the prepayment, but they said if you are not satisfied, go to Krasnaya polyana. We go to Abkhazia every year , but this is the first time we have encountered such an attitude. The rest is ruined , because the promised conditions did not meet our expectations .
Yes, the place is not bad, the garden is beautiful, near the market, the rooms are clean, it's true. But We have drawn conclusions for ourselves , and there is no desire to go to Astamur again

We had a four-bed room - no frills, clean. The location is convenient - everything is nearby (the sea, the market, the most delicious and inexpensive cafe in Abkhazia). The hosts are very friendly and pleasant people. You can buy compotes and wine of your own production from them.

We arrived in August 2022 from Perm. And happy! How comfortable it is here! Everything is thought out for the convenience of guests. There is a shared kitchen on the ground floor. Refrigerators and kettles are available on the first and second floors. Availability of Wi-Fi. There is an iron, dryers. It can be washed in a typewriter. Cozy and clean rooms with air conditioning and TV! Fresh renovation. Private bathrooms with showers! It is important. Because after the beach you want to rinse off. Bed linen and towels are provided. The beach is 20 minutes from the guest house. There are shops with groceries and clothes, household items within walking distance. There is a pharmacy. Vegetable market. The house is not far from the railway road and the train station, but it did not bother at all. Trains run extremely rarely. And the sights are within walking distance! The owners Astamur and Fatima are great fellows for making such a house and renting it out for reasonable money!
