Of the advantages:
1) located in the center of Kolva, there are many cafes nearby, you can walk along the central street
2) Quick check-in, friendly staff
3) clean room, there is a kettle, tea, coffee, water
Minuses:
1) crazy audibility of the road, passing vehicles, barking dogs
2) very strong audibility of the neighbor
3) noisy air conditioner, makes strange noises and interferes with sleep
4) bike parking along the road, there is no parking of its own

The rest was ruined.
We stayed at the hotel from February 24 to March 3, 2024. Room 203. What ruined the rest:
1. The air conditioner broke down
2. The socket for the electric kettle did not work
3. The refrigerator was shutting down
4. The lights in the whole room were turned off very often
5. Towels for hands and feet were constantly not reported. There were 3 people living with us. Hand towels were given 1-2, for legs only 1. Apparently, the staff has not heard about personal hygiene here
6. There was no hair dryer.
7. There were not enough beach towels.
BUT THE MAIN THING IS THAT THE VENTILATION DID NOT WORK IN THE ROOM. From the word AT ALL. Where can I dry my bathing accessories? I took my and children's clothes outside, hung them on a chair in the sun. The administration didn't like it very much. My things were constantly taken to the reception, from there I took them wet, dried them again. I was offered to dry them for money in the laundry. But why should I pay money? I paid for my stay in a 4-star hotel. That's how our vacation at the hotel took place in the constant struggle for a normal existence.

Nice hotel. The territory is small. We took breakfast and dinner. Dinner on the menu: eat your fill. The portions are large. Breakfast as usual. Almost in the center. All shops are nearby. Opposite is a pharmacy with a huge selection. You can order it and it will be delivered. The sea is 5 minutes. But go further to the right. The room is normal, but take it with a window to the garden.
