It was promised that premium service would cost $10 a month and there would be unlimited passes to lounges in airports, a personal manager.
What happened? There's a personal manager, but he doesn't do anything. Booking.com charged me $50 more for the hotel, in the end I had to go to the booking..... The bank didn't do anything, just drove me around in the brain. The service ended up costing $20.
The last point, today I go to the bank app and I have a transaction for the lounge $35. On my question to the manager "what is that?", I was told that the conditions of the program changed and notify all they didn't have time. Now there are only 3 free passes per year. Nice premium service (not really)
FX (commission when you have euros/dollars on your account and you pay for example in lira/peso) about 4-8%, although the standard master card commission is 2%.
Meanwhile, Revolut, which I use as an individual/company , does not ask for a commission at all, has cool investment functions, and responds in an hour to any request. In short, the whole process from opening to dubious commissions put out from my pocket $150 for two months and a lot of nerves......
