Отличный отель! Есть развлечения как для детей, так и для взрослых. Еда вкусная, всегда была посуда и свободные столы. Обслуживание хорошее, ребята внимательны, устраняет замечания сразу, всегда убирают территорию и сам отель. Минус бал поставила за тёплые напитки, пиво всегда тёплое и это преступление, #ясчитаю. Девочка аниматор в детской комнате отлично выполняет свою работу.. Играли, делали поделки, на пляже строили с детками башню и зверей, вечерняя детская анимация супер, даже взрослые принимали участие. Отдельные респект группе аниматоров: девочка Дана и Адриана из Латвии умнички, заводилы. Мальчишки их было 5-6, зажигалки и весельчаки. Я бы вернулась сюда ещё. P. S. Но и самое главное ради чего едут в Египет это море, море ласковое, тёплое и волшебное подводным миром. Берег пляжа хороший, мягкий, нет перепадов глубины. Приезжайте и сами проверите и оцените

ХОРОШИЙ ОТЕЛЬ был... Сентябрь 2023г. ПЛЮСЫ: + Море. Здесь лучший пляж во всей Makadi bay. Везде песок. Буйки относительно далеко. Несколько небольших коралловых рифов и множество живности. + Есть аквапарк, хоть и маленький. Пара горок даже взрослым весело. + Вежливый и приятный персонал. От официантов и уборщиков до аниматоров. + Вкусное бутылочное пиво но: прохладное оно только в лобби, в определенное время (перед обедом и перед ужином). На пляже теплое. + В номере повезло с хорошими кроватями и работающим кондиционером. Не плюс, не минус: ± Еда. Она есть. Голодными не останетесь. Из мяса съедобная только говядина. Иногда курица. Из овощей помидоры и огурцы часто не первой свежести. Вареные свёкла, морковь и размороженная овощная смесь (?). Часто у всех в разное время были расстройства пищеварения. МИНУСЫ: - Номера убитые. Разваливающиеся шкафы и торшеры, оторванные ручки. - Сюда же уборка. Она для галочки. Заправят постель, иногда положат расходники. Хоть оставляй $, хоть не оставляй. Пол не моют, пыль не протирают. За чаевые только оставляют больше воды и шампуней/гелей - ПОСУДА. Это что-то невероятное. Я такое вижу впервые честно. В столовой (ну это никак не ресторан) мало тарелок и приборов, а то что есть, часто плохо помытое. На баре не хватает стаканов. Приходится ходить со своими одноразовыми. Около пляжа наливают в стаканчики из-под мороженного объемом 100мл. - Напитки. Алкоголь кроме пива не съедобный. Коробочный сок только в аквапарке. В отеле только Юпи ОСОБЕННОСТИ: Контингент 80% россияне. Как будто в Анапу приехал. Для кого то может это плюс. Привычное окружение. Никто даже и не пытается разговаривать на английском с персоналом. А персонал не притворяется, что не понимает. Выводы: Сюда следует приезжать исключительно ради моря. Отель устал и ему пора на покой. Восстанавливать его не будут. Он словно больной в предсмертной агонии, в которой ещё пытаются поддерживать жизнь. Видно, что сделан он был добротно и качественно. Но отсутствие своевременного ухода и хоть каких-то реноваций сделали свое дело. Ты заходишь в холл и видишь эти помпезные мраморные полы и гигантскую лестницу, витражные окна и кажется, что отель очень даже неплохой, но когда тебя ведут по темным катакомбам коридоров в твой номер, ты уже начинаешь подозревать неладное. Рядом в 2022г построили новый отель Xanadu и все деньги видимо ушли туда, а этой отель "доедает" за молодым братом. Средняя цена за 9-10 ночей с перелётом 60000 руб/чел. Если вы готовы заплатить за прекраснейшее море, и на всё остальное вам наплевать, то WELCOME.
