For one patient in front of me, he was downright polite and shook hands with another patient (maybe it was his brother/matchmaker/friend, of course). When he did the procedure for me and I asked for the result, I got the answer: "it's not that bad." When I began to resent what kind of answer this was (I had already accumulated negativity since sitting in line for too long), the doctor impolitely offered to buy a consultation from him. But here I did not understand. I paid for the procedure and have the right (as it seems to me) to ask about the result. I didn't ask him to treat me or diagnose me. Just explain the result to me. The doctor of the highest category announced the result of the procedure: everything is not so bad. On the one hand, I'm glad, of course, that everything is not so bad. But on the other hand, I don't want to go to such a doctor anymore.

Unprofessional work of the administration. They do not accept an online entry through the site, but accept an entry through doc.by . On the day of the appointment, she gave her last name and which doctor - they said go to the office and wait. 30 minutes pass, the doctor is still with another patient. At the reception it turns out that there was a confusion on the site and there was no free time. I just sat under the office for 30 minutes and waited because of the administrator. I got a call 1 time at 10.01 am to inform me about the time confusion. I was at work and didn't see the bell. SMS notifications are not sent for the convenience of the client (why?), the record on the site was not canceled (why?). They do not know how to solve controversial situations - they did not politely answer my logical questions that I SHOULD call them and clarify about the recording, that I sat under the office for 30 minutes because of my fault and that I was cheating and they called me more than 1 time, they did not want to watch the incoming screen.
What I recommend to improve:
1. The politeness and friendliness of the staff.
2. Attentiveness - such situations should be reported at the entrance, and not after 30 minutes of waiting!
3. In case of confusion, send an SMS newsletter, write a message to a messenger or cancel an entry on the platform on which they accept an online entry. This way the client will see the notification.

3. Why do you have such a service, but in fact your center does not provide it?
