I thank you and your team, all the nurses, cleaning ladies and helpers for their care and dedicated service.
Dr. Aksholpan has been very attentive, approachable and very supportive. She was always there to discuss any doubts or questions we had and helped us in the treatment of my father, Mr. Baldev Singh who unfortunately had a stroke on the 22nd of January and was immediately hospitalized under care of Dr Aksholpan.
Thank you again Dr. Aksholpan for being there, and doing everything you did. My father was really in good hands under your care and a very big thank to your team.

The receptionist is kind and responsive. But the doctors, I don't know about everything. But we came across a surgeon on duty on Wednesday or Thursday evening who refused an examination and appointment. Simply because the person is not a local (not a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan). And the other, a black man, was left in the corridor without examination, not to mention that the pregnant woman was sent to put an IV drip reluctantly in front of her eyes. It is possible to have a human attitude towards people. Doctors took an oath, no matter what nation. I think if you came to ask for help, then the doctor should provide it without sending it at night: it is not clear which area or call an ambulance. And whoever the person was, my friend or roommate or brother, but the next night he had a fever. And it doesn't matter how the temperature was raised. The main thing is that this person is already running on Thursday. And I'm still shocked that free doctors don't care about visitors.

Firstly, there is no proper service for patients, secondly, they sell shoe covers, for 100-200 tenge, this is an obvious, brazen way to make money, 560-650 people per day of visitors, then you yourself consider how much money the head of the CGKB has in his pocket. Shoe covers are issued free of charge in all institutions. It is necessary for the Mayor of the city Dosayev to address this issue.

BUT (it's a pity) the hospital is poorly equipped: there are not enough disposable underwear, there are not enough chairs on wheels, medical cabinets on wheels are old, medical beds are old, there is not enough modern good equipment, many rooms require repair, flashing light bulbs, or even dark, uncomfortable chairs in front of the offices, always running medical workers from the office around the hospital in finding where to do the necessary examination. CT and MRI were offered to me for a fee. Why? I'M INSURED! Well, in general, the disadvantage catches the eye and the poor pediatricians try to cover the holes with themselves. How long!
