The new building is interesting and the facade itself is amazing.But at the very top there is an advertisement for a NOVELTY and something else is not visible , and the 4 - tier parking goes deep into the building . Once I had to climb up from the basement without an elevator and my indignation went beyond all bounds, I got lost in the stairwells, and the doors were all locked and I had to turn around through the bottom and the elevator up
