There is no way to maintain the site in a timely manner - at least remove the menu. I think this is a big disadvantage for such an institution.

I visited this institution, to say that I am shocked to say nothing. I always thought it was a cool place until I visited it. The location is beautiful and it seemed that there should be a lot of people there, but....I was very mistaken. I ordered kharcho soup..guys, this is tin, zero taste, not spicy, not rich (I would even say diluted with water), rice is probably in economy mode. In short, my favorite soup has become the most disliked here)))). Tolma... kapets, probably all the rice went there, and the leaves were found the best. Juiciness was absent in everything.

We celebrated the Anniversary of our friend in the Urartu restaurant. Everyone was delighted with the completely original, relaxing interior, the staff is attentive, not intrusive, the kitchen and the serving of dishes do not raise questions, on the contrary, everything was very tasty. Some dishes were prepared for children, the children coped successfully, it was probably very tasty.
We asked for background music. All the melodies were performed by order of the guests and especially the hero of the day.
My husband was very impressed. He said that he would definitely celebrate his next anniversary at the Urartu restaurant, especially since it was very conveniently located, there was access to the Minsk Sea, a beautiful landscape and at the same time, as if in the city.

We celebrated a corporate evening.A month before the event, we worked with the administrator on various nuances...the regime was offered until 24-00, we wanted longer, of course we went to a meeting (for a separately paid amount).
We paid for everything, came to celebrate, and at 24-00 the administrator comes up and says:well, let's get out of here....here we are awesome...to put it mildly....they started explaining everything to her, that they had agreed on everything, paid for everything, and she just answers:we agreed with another administrator, but today I'm on shift and I'm not into it...Well, in general, everyone was very excited...the guests sit and do not understand whether to pack up and leave or continue to relax...it all started so coolly and continued until a small problem occurred, in the form of the appearance of an incompetent administrator...well, in principle, within an hour everyone was upset and dispersed...although there were still 2 additional hours paid in advance....of course, initially there were many small questions about the institution and their rules...It's boring, we closed our eyes and decided to celebrate here anyway...but as a result, we were convinced that we would not go there anymore and would not advise anyone...
The food is delicious, the staff is prepared and unobtrusive. There are at least 2 halls and an indoor glass tent. Everything is very beautiful and even a little pretentious) a great place for a wedding, corporate party or date. Overlooking the pond and modern Minsk. I will also note a good coffee and an elevator to the 2nd floor.
Of the disadvantages, the stairs to the 2nd floor are not illuminated.
I would not like to comment on the current situation, but I cannot remain silent. So, in September 2023, we decided to book this place for a wedding celebration. We arrived at the restaurant, looked at it, chose a hall, agreed with the administrator Anastasia, discussed all the details at that time and gave us a banquet menu with us to familiarize ourselves with so that a month before the appointed date we arrived with some preferences on the menu and made an advance payment. In winter, we came to this institution again with a decorator and already the administrator Julia re-checked our reservation. It was said that everything was fine and there was nothing to worry about. And now there is a month left before the celebration, all invitations have been sent to the guests, I call the restaurant and find out from the administrator Svetlana that there is no reservation for our date and the hall. It is not possible to describe your emotions at that moment. But fortunately, the room we needed was free.
The situation is boundless, of course, but I really hope that this institution will be more responsible for organizing the banquet than the administrators Anastasia and Julia for booking.

Therefore, without any doubt, we decided to celebrate the birthday of our spouse in this institution. But everything in our life is changing and not always for the better. I would like to tell the public what kind of experience we have received and what a surprise the most creative person of this institution, the administrator Yulia, presented to us. So, what really happened. We have planned a gala dinner for a company of 9 people on October 21, 2023. I arrived at this institution about three weeks before the scheduled date in order to clarify the availability of seats. On that day, Julia was the administrator, and she kindly provided printouts of the menu (a convenient enough moment for a quiet acquaintance at home) and offered to book a table in the main hall on the ground floor. It was also said that a banquet is planned for about 140 people on this date, but the location of our table did not cause the assumption that we or someone would interfere with us. I, not at all doubting the choice, booked this table and we agreed that we would arrive a week before the scheduled date to compile the menu and make an advance payment. A couple of days later, the administrator Julia called me and said that maybe they would allocate the entire first floor for the main banquet and if this happens, they are kindly ready to provide a separate VIP room for our company. We were even pleased with this offer. But a couple of days later, the administrator called me again (another one, Anastasia) and said that there was confusion in their booking records and it was not entirely clear where our accommodation would be. As a result of the clarifications, it was decided that the VIP room would remain with us, although all these clarifications and confusions were beginning to strain. In two weeks, we have calmly compiled a menu taking into account the wishes of each of our company. And it seemed like a small matter, to go and transfer all the information to the administrator, make an advance and prepare for the celebration. But the unrest continued when we arrived to coordinate the menu. On that day, we were met by the administrator Anastasia and after looking at her notes, she said that the VIP rooms were all booked and we would be located in the corner of the main hall. To my objection that this issue has already been resolved, she crossed out someone and signed us up (just like that). Then the menu coordination began. Then we will not make these salads in portions, then we do not cook this hot for so many people. It felt like I had come up with my own menu and demanded to cook them, although everything was chosen from the menu they offered. As a result, the menu was agreed upon of course and an advance was made. What was my surprise when two days later the administrator Julia called with a claim who could coordinate this menu. Allegedly, the chefs refuse to cook this menu (two types of kebabs and three types of kebab, what's special here) and offer breaded chicken and some kind of fish. It seems that all their management is focused on the kitchen. In raised tones, we left the menu unchanged, but it was clear that we could experience certain inconveniences in terms of the time of serving dishes, noise around us, and so on, they say they wanted to. Considering that there were only three days left before the planned celebration and an advance was made, it was too late to refuse, but the desire was huge. And here comes the long-awaited evening, our whole company is in a good mood, with flowers, we come to this wonderful restaurant and ...... The administrator Julia, with a detached look, declares that ten minutes after our last argument on the menu, someone Alexander (whom I allegedly asked) I called and postponed our banquet from October 21 to October 28. At the same time, it was not feasible for the administrator to call me back and clarify this point. But tell me right away that we have a special service and we will not be able to pay you proper attention, everything would be different. Naturally, nothing was ready for us that evening. It is not possible to convey our state at that moment in good words. In addition to ostentatious sighs, silly eye rolls and a recording of a telephone conversation with a person who postponed the date of the banquet, nothing was offered to us from the administrator. Taking the advance, we hurried to leave this institution, after hearing a dry "Sorry".
This is the philosophy of the restaurant business of this institution today, filled with irresponsibility, negligence and unprofessionalism. To future customers of the Urartu restaurant – be careful in your choice, avoid this institution. There are many more cozy places and professional teams in Minsk where you will really be welcome.

We visited there for the first time yesterday. There was a New Year's corporate party. I agree with the authors of the reviews who wrote earlier: the way they position themselves is completely untrue. Gilding and "marble" in the hall and dirty toilets in the bathroom. The service is disgusting: you can't get through to the waiters and you can't wait. Coffee and tea were served in paper cups (restaurant!!). The serving of the dishes is dull, no finesse. The cakes, which were purchased in large quantities for all the guests, were served only on two tables from the third insistent request.
It's a very atmospheric place. Each floor is unique, it feels like you have entered a fairy-tale palace, everything is very beautiful and cozy. And from the third floor there is a stunning panoramic view of the Drozdov reservoir with a separate exit to the terrace. Each floor is local, with its own restrooms, bar, and kitchen. The staff is very attentive and the cuisine is incomparable, especially the barbecue. The price tag is average, restaurant level, champagne from 20p. for a bottle, a kebab from 12p. for 200g. This is not the first time we have held a corporate party here, everything is at a high level, now I especially liked everything.
